Ignore all there reviews on there site as its just paid actors no genuine reviews at all there snap on veneers are absolutely shocking
1) they do not fit all jaw lines if you got even a slightly off jaw they will not fit and will not clip in like they say they do
2) its a scam site so avoid at all costs the price is clearly to good to be true as they are misleading customers deliberately to get fraud people out of money

Like everyone else who has posted on here I purchased one of these units in the hope that it might help my sleep, and like everyone else on here I found that it didn't.
I sent them an email stating that under the Consumer Act 2015 I was rejecting the device due to it being unfit for purpose.
They responded saying that I could have a full refund if I returned the device at my expense, or a 60% refund and keep the device.
I responded stating that under the Consumer Act 2015 the cost of return was their responsibility, they responded saying that I would receive a full refund and could keep the device. I will give them their due, the full refund was made promptly.
Motto, stand your ground.

It’s a complete con, do not buy

Micro cpap machine is not fit for purpose. Battery didn’t even last an hour and it was very uncomfortable. Very cheaply made. Feel like company just cons people they offer a full refund but you foot the cost or the return delivery or you can have a 60% refund and keep the useless product that goes straight in the bin. I only gave 1 star cos I couldn’t give 0. I left a 1 star review on there website which promptly got taken down 😡

I ordered what I thought where clip in veneers but when they arrived they are like joke teeth, the reviews on website have to be fake, I followed the instructions to the T don’t waist your money, pay a bit extra and get something more natural looking, I wish I could upload a picture to show how horrendous they are

The micro cpap machine is a waste of money. I wish I’d read the reviews before buying. It’s a totally ineffective piece of plastic.

The micro-cpap machine is unusable. The battery life is less than 3 hours and the item falls out during use. My 1-star negative review submitted to the website did not get published - I suspect this is not a unique case as there are no 2-star or 1-star reviews (which is statistically unlikely for any product).
In the last month 15 more 5-star and 2 new 3-star reviews have been added - these might be genuine but how many more negative reviews have been withheld?
I wish there had been this Trustpilot site available when I bought the product back in early 2024 (which I reviewed in June 2025) - Don't buy!

Recieved yesterday, for one it was already charged up so looks like it was a return so could have already been up someone’s nose, but anti bac wiped it and hubby gave it a try, it was a joke it was falling out of his nose all night long and was no help whatsoever, wish I had seen these reviews before buying it, do NOT buy this it’s a total waste of money and you can’t get a refund only if it’s broke then I wouldn’t trust them, need reporting to watchdog (Mmmm)

Unfortunately, this has not arrived! My wife ordered this on the 9th June and waited til today to see if it would turn up. Yesterday (23rd June) was the 10th working day. According to the website, the item should have arrived in 5-10 business days and it has not. When we contacted them today, we've been given an Evri tracking number and told it was delivered on the 14th June at 8pm. No item ever arrived at our home on this date/ time.
We've checked the tracking number and it does work on the Evri website but there is no photo proving delivery. Our regular Evri driver does not deliver that late at night (we run a small business and have almost daily deliveries, so know him well), and we've not had a single email from this company or Evri to confirm that the item is out for delivery. We are very disappointed, as this now leads us down the route of a long battle between supplier and courier to find out where the item is and if it was even dispatched in the first place.

Although Hexe Care did respond very quickly to my complaint, they have not provided a resolution. We've now taken this up with Evri who have told us that it is very suspicious as their delivery app does not allow them to leave an item without taking a photo.

Please be cautious when ordering from this company as we feel we may have been scammed!

Having read the fake reviews on Hexecare website I purchased 2. Disappointed and shocked when they arrived. Totally useless does not send any air so impossible to have any effect on snoring or mild sleep apnea as is claimed. No user manual or paperwork sent with either product. 1 was already charged suggesting previously used, perhaps returned by an unhappy customer. No documentation provided so difficult to return. Complete rip off

I would leave 0 stars if possible, went to charge it, and it caught fire. Stay clear. Cheap and useless.

Unbelievable I wish I knew it was a scam I put a comment on saying good but doesn't stay in your nose didn't get published so I emailed them told to make straps for it! Taking advantage of people in need is purely wrong and never have received instructions I have had 2 one is slower than the other! Such a shame I have been scammed! Normally I'm very vigilant on scammers but being under duress makes you more succesptible! £50 gone!

Absolute load of rubbish. Such cheap quality tried to write a review on their website but they haven’t published it obviously my 1 star wasn’t good enough for their fake reviews. It’s a total scam - it doesn’t stay on the battery life is poor (1 I got 2 hours from and the other I got 4 hours from) and I keep waking up with it in the bed somewhere after only about an hour. My O2 levels are still showing low and my breathing rate is high but stopped some parts of the night so absolutely no way it works for sleep apnea. This company needs shutting down.

Goodness, what a pile of rubbish their so-called mini CPAP is. Cheap, a fan that is barely noticeable, the most useless piece of plastic I have ever seen. How I wish I’d read the reviews on here before ordering, rather than the totally fake ones on their website. The website pretends it is a UK based company but it’s shipped from China. Stay well clear of this!

Update: I got an email response, sent the items back (to a UK address) and got a full refund! So have increased by one star due to this, but I stand by my comment about the quality of the products. Absolutely awful!

Horrendous.. wish I had read the real reviews not the fake ones on their website before ordering. Item never arrived as apparently no one was in my elderly mothers house which was a lie. It then apparently got shipped back to China when it states its made in the UK. I emailed and got a reply to say they would ship it again and yet again it has not arrived then they gave me a fake evri tracking number to attempt to track. This item wasn't cheap and I have stated I will take this further. Absolute SCAM.

Utter rubbish. I should have done a wider review search than just their own website which contains only fake reviews.

Put simply the anti snoring device does not work, it is a piece of crap which won’t stay in your nose. The micro fans wouln’t blow tissue paper over and its real value must be pennies.

I’ve asked for my money back but i’m not hopeful. I would consider joining forces with others to bring some kind of group action, and i would be prepared to use my court legal skills to advocate against this clearly corrupt company.

They are an absolute crap. They don't fit as they are one size fit all, don't waste your money l wish l had read the reviews before buying. I have chucked them in the bin. Scammers ripping people of their money

Ordered two products which are sold and advertised to be anti snoring / CPAP. They are both extremely poorly made. The CPAP product was not a one size fits all and did not fit in my nostrils, therefore did not work. The mouth guard I purchased didn't even tell you how to mould it in the instructions and when I worked it out myself it was so big and uncomfortable I could not sleep.

Really poor products, absolute scam. I should have looked on here before wasting my money.

This company are fraudulent. I ordered a micro CPAP sleep apnea machine and item is not fit for purpose as does not stay in your nose. I have asked for a refund and was told how to make diy straps to attach to the item. I will not be doing this and still want a refund. There website reviews are lies and they do not publish any 1 star reviews as my review wasnt published. Trading standards will be contacted as this company is ripping people off.

Purchased two, one won't turn off, the other one the battery lasts about 3 hours. Company doesn't reply to emails. I would have given this post nill stars if possible.
