Stay away from this company
Initially I was very happy with my purchase. But once they had my custom and I wanted to use my warranty as there was a fault with the car, they completely changed.
Rude to me on the phone, telling me it's my fault. Telling me I'm lying when I explained that I had done as another of his colleagues had told me to do. Several times he fobbed me off telling me he would call me back and never did. £300 it cost me to get my car fixed. They insulted me by saying they would reimburse me £68.
Do not be fooled by the initial kindness of this company, they quickly turn on you

Fantastic Customer Service
From start to finish the whole service was amazing . I dealt with Amy all through out the contact and updates over my finance and purchasing my car was high class service she went above and beyond can’t recommend her enough. Such a lovely girl. Credit to the business. I would recommend Amy and Hero Car Finance .
