Hercules Gazebo® UK Anmeldelser

Great service. Responded quickly to my email enquiry. Managed to identify a gazebo that I bought several years ago from a screenshot from the original order and supplied the correct bag for it. Very impressed that they hold stocks for older products and that they were so helpful in supplying it. Price was extremely reasonable as well.

Part arrived quickly, great service bought to replace original part that wasn't working (pin weak) very pleased

Our experience with Hercules Gazebo's was excellent, and you can contact them by phone which is brilliant. The courier lost one box, Hercules sent the missing bits next day delivery. The missing box turned up and they arranged for it to be picked up. Service 10/10.
The quality of the gazebo is excellent, the hex frame is very strong.
These gazebo's are used for outdoor events and are as good as any we have seen and the price is the cheapest we could find.

Easy to order, grear product, excellent price, delivered on time.

Great , quick delivery and service .lovely gazebo .

I’ve purchased products from this company in the past and have always been impressed by the quality—they’re excellent and built to last. Recently, I had to cancel a new order due to unforeseen circumstances, and even though it was through no fault of theirs, the team was incredibly helpful and understanding (Especially Will) . Their customer service went above and beyond, showing professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. It’s rare to find a company that treats people so well, regardless of the outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality products and outstanding service. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant. Using for shows in the windy South West and is great.

i have purchased several gazebo products over the years [ i use as hot tub shelters] and two hercules 'heavy weight' gazebos in the last 5 yeras with a cuple of replacement tops. i have left system up over winter - perhaps not wise as snow and frost take tole on covers but they are very hardy and brilliant value

Bought some water weights for a gazebo. They arrived quickly and seem really good although we haven't used them yet. I have filled them with water and they don't leak. The description said they weigh 10kg each when filled but I didn't think they felt that heavy so I weighed a couple just out of curiosity & they were around 8.6 kg each when filled with water so they might weigh 10kg if filled with sand. They should still be heavy enough as I bought more than I thought I needed.

I received useful advice before purchase.

Really good service and quality gazebos, delivered quickly. Have bought two of the steel hex frame models which are robust and easy to setup.

I purchased 2 gazebos and sides 2 years ago from Hercules. The gazebos are well-made. This year I decided to change the colour of the top of one. I was very pleased with the delivery time. Overall a great company for gazebos and accesories.

Great advice given over the phone and very happy with the product received. Looking very strong and waterproof so far.

Great customer service, can't fault the product. The best gazebo I've purchased, top quality and strong. You do need at least 2 people to erect it, followed the instructions and job's a good one. Will highly recommend for quality and price.
