My experience so far has not been positive. I got the bed delivered 7 days ago. The delivery was my first disappointment. The 90 lbs box was left in the lobby. How was I suppossed to carry it to my apartment on the 3rd fl? (elevator building).
I had to pay someone to bring it to my apartment.
Then when I slept for the first time, after the 48-hr waiting period, I slept horrible. It was one of the worse experiences I have had with a bed. I could not sleep the whole night and since then my sleep experience has been very poor.
The first issue is that the mattress sinks when I sit on it and it does not seem to have enough support on the edges because I slide when I sit on the edge.
I am mostly a side sleeper and I don't feel properly supported with this mattress. No matter in what side of the bed I sit or lay down I feel that sinking feeling that is very uncomfortable. I expected the mattress to be medium not ultra plush. This mattress feels like an ultra plush bed. I regret giving away my old mattress so soon.

I will give this mattress at least a 30 day trial and if things don't improve I will be returning it. It is a shame because I have high hopes for this product and it is my first time buying a bed from EGOHOME.

I have only slept on the bed 2 nights since receiving it, i gave it time to fully expand before sleeping on it. So far I am in love, the support and feel is amazing. I just need new pillows to go along with it but even with my partner in the bed I don't sink or slide towards him. Great product at an amazing price.

I buy the egohome for my autistic son he was having a hart time to sleep but it seems that it has helped him to relax a bit more

Ordered a full size hybrid 14 inch black mattress , shipping was fast had it in 3 days! Was easy to unwrap and put on my bed, we have been sleeping on it for a week, it’s the most comfortable mattress we ever bought! My son in law has one and loves it, my daughter has one and loves hers. Best mattresses we ever bought!

The mattress that I got hurt my back bad and it’s very uncomfortable for me. It’s more stiff and has air in it rather than memory foam

I love my new bed frame, delivery was very fast… setting it up was not difficult either.
So far so good and I would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered the EGO 14 in mattress and a topper. The bed is great so far my old bed had my back hurting. My sheets would not fit with the topper so I reached out to return. It was such a hassle to do a return and then have to wait because support is not even US based. They could do better on that part.

I love this mattress.. what caught my eye initially was the fact the it’s safe and affordable. After purchasing my mattress I’ve been having the best sleep of my life. I have a hybrid 10” and I could just lay in bed all day I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was told it would take 4 days to deliver and it arrived the very next day so I can’t tell you how happy I was. I will definitely be ordering a couple more for my kids room.
