Let down by their courier UPS
I was really pleased with the jacket and t shirt bundle when it arrived. Excellent quality. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because their carrier to the UK is UPS and they were terrible. Kept sending emails promising delivery and then nothing turned up. Package showed in their Tamworth depot, sometimes showing as out for delivery and it still didn't arrive. Credit to Henri Lloyd customer service as once they were involved the package turned up a couple of hours later in a taxi. Too much stress for what should be an easy process.
I've just reluctantly placed another order with HL so we'll see how UPS perform this time. Would like to give HL a good review.

The new owners of Henri Lloyd have been in contact and resolved this. Their approach has been very good.
I have not tested the replacement gloves so I cannot vouch for this product yet.
I bought a pair of pro sailing gloves in June from their shop in Cowes. They lasted a day of cruising in 8mph winds!
i was told by staff, at the Cowes shop, to return the poor quality goods to their head office. This was in June. I have now been informed by them that they have no obligation to refund because they are under new ownership.
Poor quality goods and poor customer service. What a bunch of crooks.
