Very very disappointing, my order went through never had any communication no dispatch notification so emailed still nothing I emailed again and still not heard anything, asked for a refund and waiting for the outcome. Avoid this completely shop elsewhere.

I have been in contact with Henri Lloyd several times during the last three weeks and very impressed with the product and the help from customer services. Every e-mail has been answered within a day and all phone calls met with help and cheerful staff. I have bought and used HL products since 1974 and pleasantly surprised to find my new Consort sailing jacket is just as good quality as the first!

Order placed , no goods received . No one answers the telephone .Automated e mail reply. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before ordering.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Previous reviews sum up my experience. I made a return, tracking shows they received the item back 3 weeks ago, no refund, no response to emails. AVOID!

Placed an order on June 9 (over €400!). Still nothing received (6/7). Customer service is responding slow and with no real answers, just buying time. They offer no solution, alternative, refund, just ask you to wait until season is over. Track and trace is aged, old-fashioned, static. Horrible experience!

Decent enough products but customer service around returns is diabolical.

Purchased 2 hoody’s at a cost of190 pound and the logo is peeling off after 3 washes !! Contacted customer services but has been unsuccessful with a reply What a shame after I also purchased a sweater for 175 pounds before Christmas too. But no more

Ordered a waterproof parka from them, quick delivery and the product is brilliant, what I expected. I'm not a sailor so don't have any need for their specialist products, but I've been buying Henri-Lloyd clothing/apparel for years and they are among the highest quality items in my wardrobe. They don't sell through retailers/concessions anymore so the brand is less visible now than it was before, but still high quality clothes which is what matters.

I ordered hat, only £20 in June, it arrived but I didn't like it. I returned the hat as instructed and as of today still waiting for the refund despite being told it has been actioned! I don't know what's happened to Henri Lloyd they use to be good but my advice is avoid them.

Ordered a few items from website and never had any issues until I tried to return items. Recieved return label when requested and sent items back but have yet to recieve a refund. Tried phoning but no one answers, I did recieve an email reply stating that refund would be processed last week,still waiting!! Contacted them again via email twice but no reply as of yet. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Awful customer service, spent $400 on sale and they cancelled the order saying the courier made a mistake and didn’t want the order delayed. I told them I was happy for the delayed order but they refused to send it. Offered me 20% off to order from full price, which was no where near the original sale price. Dishonest! Now waiting for what I am sure will be a delayed refund. Should have read these reviews first.

Having had Henri-Lloyd clothing in the past I felt ordering direct would be a good idea.
This was nothing but a mistake. Not only was the order delayed, due to overselling of one t-shirt, I was told I'd receive a refund.
That was 2 weeks ago and yet nothing. I have left voicemails, I have emailed on 3 occasions, nothing. The auto response promises a 1 working day response yet I've heard nothing nor received a refund.
It's abhorrent that you'd be charged for something you haven't received.
My only recourse now is to open a transaction dispute with my bank.
First order from them and it will be the last.

Ordered shorts and paid for next day delivery, 4 days later no shorts and no reply from phone, left 2 messages but no one has even bothered to call me back.
I have bought a lot of there sailing coats over the years (about £2000 worth) but I can say I won’t buy there products anymore now.
STAY AWAY

What a company! Impossible to get in contact with = no service. Waited 2 weeks for my shipment....and still waiting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. What shame :(

I got 2 tshirts in the wrong size. i shipped it back and never heard from them. I still missing my tshirts, and no one answer email or phone....

Very bad service.

My children bought mea fleece for Christmas. I needed the next size up so a returns email was sent so that it could be sent back and a new one ordered. Despite lots of attempts via email and phone there is still no contact from the company and we are now second week of February. Dreadful customer service and frustrating as the fleece is a nice product.
Unless you’re 100% sure of your size, go elsewhere as this company may have stopped trading

I have to admit, I've just ordered an Antigua jacket directly from Henri Lloyd and the service I had was flawless. The jacket was delivered in under 24 hours from ordering, the customer service response was quick and helpful, the price and jacket itself was quality and delivery was free. It fits perfectly and I'll definitely be ordering directly from them again soon. Thoroughly recommend these people. Outstanding service 👍🏻

Truly disappointed with their customer approach. I ordered an Antigua jacket with a 15% off discount. Eight days later I receive an email declaring they ‘have oversold on the Antigua 2.5 Stretch Light Jacket’ that I had ordered, while still offering exactly the same item on the website in all colours and sizes. Such a pity that Henri Lloyd treat their customers like this then they do offer stylish high quality sail apparel.

I received my t shirt from Henry Lloyd & unfortunately it was too small,that was a week ago!!! I requested a returns form via email & still have not received it, for this company is DISGUSTING,APPALLING,Will never order fromHENRY LLOYD again

Have bought many Henry Lloyd clothing items in the past and have been very pleased but this coolmax tube is very poor quality and disappointing would certainly not recommend it as it is thin and flimsy and not loose fitting as shown in their pictures. Do not buy as it's not fit for purpose
