Very clean apartment, with absolutely everything I needed. Very nice facilities from weight room to fitness room to recreation room. The nice outdoor setting with games n grilling. Storage for bikes. Very friendly staff who checkef on me frquently to offer help in any way I needed. A wonderful place to stay.

Really nice coming home to well appointed apt vs a hotel room while we were moving into our rental home. We moved across the country and had stayed in hotels several nights with 2 adult kids and a cat. The cat even liked it better. It was quiet and had many dining, healthcare, and shopping options. Very quiet. I like it better than rental home. Will use again when buying home next year. Great way to learn the local area. Very personable leasing staff at apartment complex. Landing customer service wonderful as well. I miss it already.

We made our reservations online through Hello Landing. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that it is a beautifully laid out two bedroom two bath apartment. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, glassware cooking ware and the furnishings were wonderful.Bedding was top quality. I would highly recommend hellolanding.com if you need a furnished apartment. This company is the way to go. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful.

We had an amazing time at The Hendrey!!! It was way better than staying at a hotel. It was an easy check-in and check-out process, great amentities in the apartment and excellent location to the airport.

Only small thing is it takes the shower about 10 minutes to warm up but that is it......

Super easy to use without having to wait for checking in at a front desk. All the needed amenities except K-cups. Very quiet and easily accessible. Did have trouble getting gate to open

I'm new to the Landing so I'm excited to rent from them. Their concept is brilliant. When I traveled, I'd stay at KOA cabins or Home2Suites. Breaking it down on extended stays, it's much cheaper. This is the way!

Landing provided us with a nicely decorated and spacious short-term rental option in a great community. From booking to check in has been simple.

Air-conditioning did not work. Customer service was not existent. I was there for multiple days and no one wants reached out to me to provide any assistance. On top of that they offered a $68 refund on what was a $600 stay. Pathetic.

Very disappointed with my Virginia stay. Had to move 3 times, all 3 moves were because of them and yet they charged me for not moving in a timely manner (had to be out by 11am and could not move to new location until 3pm, where do I keep all my stuff between the hours of 11am to 3pm? guess no one cared) When I called the main Landing to complain I was told to submit a ticket for my charges and still nothing was done. Have been with Landing since almost the start of the company and very disappointed with the situation.

We want to give a huge shout-out to Omari for the amazing support he provided to us with The Landing. We recently transitioned from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom and Omari was a powerhouse that brought a challenging day into a seamless transition. He went out of his way to help us with a level of professionalism and energy. We are grateful to have his dedication and positive spirit on the team! Thank you to Omari. We are most grateful for the help with a logistic curveball that was made stress-free.

The apartment and property are absolutely beautiful. Customer service was great. Any questions I had was answered quickly. They made adding an additional night simple and easy.

My stay at the landing was great!!! Everything was convenient for me, quiet area, and felt like home away from home. I will definitely be doing more business with the landing.

Yesterday we checked into the Orlando apartment apartments on Central Station. Since we did not get the instructions via email before we were a little lost how to get into the apartment and how to work the electronic door lock. Maria from customer service was a major help and guided me via phone through the whole process. She did a fantastic job and had patience and had for every question or problem a perfect answer. Without her, we still would probably be in front of the apartment. Overall. The apartment is nice. Unfortunately, just a few towels and no hand towels. Also no towels for the pool. The whole complex is in a very good location with a beautiful gym, nice pool and nice lobby area. In addition there’s a coffee bar with self service.

I want to be very clear—the property where I stayed was perfect for my three week work trip- Artea Apartments in Jacksonville. I would gladly stay there again in the future. However, I will never book through the Landing again.
I arrived late at night, alone, and immediately ran into a serious issue: the access instructions in the app were completely incorrect. The app directed me to enter through the parking garage, but that required an access card—which I was never provided. I had no way to get into the building and was essentially stranded outside, by myself, late at night. It was honestly unsettling and, at times, scary.
After finally getting in with the help of a resident, I spent nearly an hour trying to find the unit. I was later locked out again and had to spend over an hour on the phone just to regain access. The issues didn’t stop there—the Wi-Fi password in the app was wrong, I wasn’t given access cards for the building or amenities, and I couldn’t even use the gym for the first two days.
The most serious issue involved incorrect mailing instructions in the app. A temperature-sensitive medication I depend on could not be delivered because the address provided was wrong. I was unable to recover the package and ultimately had to pay over $500 out of pocket to replace it.
What’s most frustrating is that these weren’t isolated mistakes—nearly every piece of information in the app was inaccurate. When I reached out for help, communication was inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether.
I travel frequently for work and have never experienced anything this disorganized or stressful. It turned what should have been a smooth stay into a genuinely overwhelming experience.
Again, the property itself was great, and I would absolutely stay at Artea Apartments again if I return to Jacksonville for an extended work trip. But I will be booking directly or through another service—not through The Landing.
