My stays with the landing and superb support
My stays with the landing standby program are nothing short of superb.
I was a little bummed to see that Danni Nguyen was moving into another role. She was truly a difference maker but have been super impressed with Linhchi’s professionalism and follow through.
The Landing has brought on another winner and I am grateful for her support!

Recurrent quality control issues without client satisfaction resolution effort
Update: I have not been contacted by anyone to resolve this issue as of 5/26 as indicated by landings response to my review. No one has reached out to address the $1795 I was charged after I moved out after 1 month.
This review is specific to my experience with a standby membership in the Austin, Texas area and Landing’s attempt to charge me $1,795 after I moved out before completing a full 30-day stay — despite repeated issues caused by Landing’s own lack of quality control and transparency.
My first move-in experience at Bridge at Henley was awful. The hallway leading to my unit was piled with trash, furniture, books, and random debris, as if a nearby eviction had occurred and no one bothered to clean afterward. The smell in the hallway was overwhelming and nauseating.
To make matters worse, the pool — one of the main reasons I selected the property — was drained and under construction upon arrival. This was never disclosed before move-in.
I later transferred to The Monroe, where I encountered another major issue: a unit with a strong cigarette smell that made me physically nauseous. Despite raising concerns, there appeared to be little to no urgency in addressing the condition of the unit or the broader pattern of quality assurance failures. They did offer to send a clean crew to help get rid of the smell but without shampooing all carpet and upholstery plus replacing linens the smell would continue to be an issue.
At every step, the experience reflected a lack of inspection, disclosure, and basic attention to livable conditions. For a company marketing itself as a premium flexible housing provider, the gap between advertising and reality was significant.
I’m happy to provide further details if Landing genuinely wants to pursue a fair resolution instead of attempting to impose additional charges after repeated service failures.

Ernesto’s professional demeanor helped put me in an “able to trust” mode while he was advising me in a place to live. His recommendations were “spot on”, but the best part of working with him is he listened to me, he took great notes while I gave him all of my needs, and we were able to speak to each other as if we had known each other for a long time. He IS the reason that I am doing busy with this company. Many Kudos to Ernesto!!!

Landings review
This place was amazing! We have stayed at alot of landings resort and this was one of our favorite. We brought our 3 kids from Canada and stayed for 2 months! The place was quiet, safe, walking distance to Starbucks and kneaders. Our GM Amanda Young was wonderful to deal with.

Landing provides full service accommodations
From the very beginning of the application process, Landing reached out to assist with any support I needed. Stephanie was extremely helpful in getting me checked in to my apartment and she was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is here and it felt like home right away. I am so glad I chose Landing when I needed temporary housing. They have been great to work with and I feel safe and happy here at Atlas Blue Hill.

Excellent place to stay
Excellent place to stay. The location is very close to MKE and has a lots of retail, grocery, restaurant and grocery options w/in walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The place was extremely safe and the amenities in the apartment were great! Would highly recommend staying here.

Landing staff are super to deal with by phone! The apartment I rented has been perfect for my needs. The only thing that makes for confusion is the method of charging 50% at booking and the remaining 50% 10 days prior to the move in/check-in date. Please consider a new method of providing receipt of payment for your rentals. (Suggestion)

It was a little confusing to get the key and find parking. But after that, everything went great very responsive apartment nice and clean. all the amenities you need.

Very comfortable stay!
The apartment and complex is very nice and very quiet. The checkin process was extremely easy with photos to further explain where to go. The apartment itself is clean and cozy. My only complaint is the parking garage. Very dark and traveling alone, it was scary coming in by myself

Internet issue not being resolved - Poor communication - Poor App
Bad experience since the very beginning.
Firstly not being able to verify details, and then trying to get access to the Latch app to unlock the unit. This was resolved after a couple of hours of struggling. Then struggling over a week to get a keyfob to enter the gym after hours.
Then the most frustrating part is the service relating to resolving an internet issue.
On Thursday morning 7 May 26, after 05:00 the internet stopped working. After returning home in the evening it was still down and contacted Landing support and said they have forwarded the issue to their "Wifi specialist team" or some special name.
The next morning, internet is still not available - Wifi is connected, able to access the router UI etc, but no internet activity, as if the bill wasnt paid or the internet service is discontinued. Created a new support ticket which wasnt helpful at all and not getting a response, called again Friday, said they are aware of it and someone will contact me, 24 hours later, absolutely no feedback and no resolution. Its been over 48hrs now without internet with Zero effort from Landing to resolve it.
I'm currently holding in another call with support probably to get the same empty promises.
It is weekend and cant even watch tv or do anything because there is no internet! Probably the most basic essential need. Very frustrating, disappointing and unacceptable. The latest response is that I will get a call back in 2hours, so lets see if that happens.
UPDATE: Only after finding the number of the area manager, I contacted him directly after which he said he will bring another internet router on the Sunday 10 May. So the internet issue has been resolved after nearly a week of struggling.
Communication and problem resolution definitely needs attention and improvement. Really frustrating visiting from another country and having this experience.

Avoid this company
Booked through airbnb but they asked for credit card details outside of the platform (against Airbnb's policy), and refused access to the place that we had paid for unless we did so. This is extorsion, who knows what additional charges they would have made if we had done so.

Fantastic experience
It was clean and well organized. Everything was in very good condition, almost like new. All appliances and machines were working very well. Even when I found that the coffee machine was not working, you sent another working one in less than 24 hours.
I would like to ask — although it is not required at all — if you could provide some information about transportation, such as Metro trains and buses, and leave it in the apartment. This would be very helpful for people who are visiting the area for the first time.
Overall, I am very happy and completely satisfied with this experience.

Overall good experience but skeptical…
Overall good experience but skeptical of future. Good quality apartment at good rate. Staff helpful, especially management, but defnitely hickups with the whole system to start. And information out of date or incorrect on mail, gate codes, parking, etc. Online website and mobile phone out of sync or something... places that say they are available for new customer on standby on website are not showing available to me for relocating. Also suspicious that it shows available apartment of same exact type in my same complex for same day i'm being asked to move out. Ultimately I am not concerned now because I was ready to move on, but otherwise it would make me feel like this is a scam.
