Don't book a flight from this scammer called hello flight, last 2 weeks, this scammer scammed me of £150, I contact them through their website, and they gave me a flight price of £500 plus and ask me to deposit £150 that after the following week, I will pay the balance and when the day comes this scammer said my surname was used as my first name which is not true, at the end they brought another flight of over £1500, more than 3 times of the initial price. Until now they did not return my money, when I request my money back they said they can only pay me £10 out of £150 and that the £140 is the transfer fee of the £10.
Don't book this scammer, I repeat, don't book this scammer, they have no office in the UK, no bank account in the UK. They are scammers, don't book them. Go for a legit company. If you do, you might regret it.
After I was contact by trust pilot to provide evidence of my claim on hello fight, which I did, trust pilot has now verified my review to be true, please before anyone could contact this scammers called hello flight, kindly read my review, don't mind the positive review without verification you saw, they are same scammers. If they are not verify they are not genuine.

I BOOKED A FLIGHT WITH THIS people FOR FLIGHT THEY HAD ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE I WAS SENT A PAYMENT LINK WHICH I WAS ASKED TO PAY A £50 DEPOSIT WHICH I DID THE FLIGHT WAS £405.00
THE NEXT DAY THEY EMAILED TO SAY THIS FLIGHT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AFTER TAKING MY DEPOSIT AND NOW OFFERING ME ANOTHER EXPENSIVE ONE OF £650 WHICH IS A LOT LESS ON OTHER WEBSITES AND ASKING ME TO PAY ANOTHER £250 EXTRA I HAVE ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER £250 TO GIVE THEM THEY SHOULD CANCEL THE BOOKING AND REFUND MY MONEY IF THEY DONT HAVE THE FLIGHT I PAID FOR THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND WILL NOT TAKE MY CALLS THIS WAS DEALT WITH BY SOME ONE WHO CALLS HIMSELF FRANK EDWARDS!

Just booked a ticket for myself, my 2 young kids,, my mum and sister to go to my Grandmother's funeral using a travel voucher i got given for cancelled during 2020 lockdown. Was very lucky to have 2 amazing agents helping us through our Journey. John white who kept looking for tickets to fit our budget and Ramsy Who helped us through payment , ticket and booking assistant for mum who is a wheelchair user. Thank you John and Ramsy for making our experience easy and plainless.

Excellent service from Ramsey who has booked my fright for me before I thank him for his extra and attention to detail giving me again floor less service and at an amazing price many thank Ramsey.

Do not use this company. They offer cheap prices and then when you go to pay the balance the price triples. I asked for proof as to why the “class” has changed and was informed they do not need to give me that information. I also asked to speak to a manager but was informed that no manager was available. I asked for details as to whom I can complain to and again no response. I will be taking legal action to solve this. Never have I ever has any issues with any travel agent until now and I am a regular traveller.
After over a week of chasing I have received my refund however I still stand by my review. Why take a deposit if you are not going to use it to secure the tickets? What is the point of that?
UPDATE:
In response to helloflights saying that I cancelled for "personal reasons" this is incorrect. They took my deposit and then when I went to pay they tripled the price which I refused to pay and went elsewhere. They cited various reasons such as the flight was cancelled (which is was not after checking). Economy class was not available (which it was). This is proved by the fact that I booked elsewhere and actually took the flight in which they said was cancelled/no economy class available.
I was asked to take down this review and my deposit would be refunded.
Now they have contacted Trustpilot asking for the review to be taken down. All emails have been provided to Trustpilot.

I have been using this company for over a year now and I always get a great bargain.
I am really pleased with the way Sarim Raza dealt with my last booking to Vancouver, from communication to making sure I got the possible cheapest flight.

I had my doubts after reading the reviews here but this is the second time they haven't disappointed me. Noah was incredibly helpful in helping me find a direct flight for the same price as a connecting flight.

With booking with Hello Flights my experience was warm and friendly, very helpful and they do go out of their way to accommodate your flight needs. I would recommend a agent named Rasmy who went above and beyond to look for the cheapest flight to suite my budget needs and was extremely helpful and patient.. I think he deserves a promotion great customer care experience!! Thank you Rasmy

I had to contact Mr Ramsey many times to try and pay the remaining balance due after being informed that I had secured my flight by making a deposit of £50. Low and behold after chasing down Mr Ramsey for the last three days, Mr Ramsey sends me a new flight itinerary for the wrong dates with an inflated fare price. Customer service is appalling, shame on this business. I have requested for a refund and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

UPDATE (11/10/22): Mr Ramsey called in an attempt to intimidate me to remove this review. He said a refund had been processed so for this reason I should remove my review. He began to raise his voice so I had to disconnect the call. Additionally I am not sure this is in fact true because the potential transaction receipt was incorrect. The purchase date is noted as 11 October 2022 however I made payment on 29 September 2022. The name of merchant is recorded as ‘Flightsandours Ltd’ on the receipt but the merchant name is recorded as ‘Flight and Tours Ltd’ on my bank account. Fraudulent and incompetent behaviour from Mr Ramsey. I now have enough information to report to my bank for a chargeback incase I do not receive a refund in 48 hours. Please be careful when dealing with this company.

UPDATE (13/10/22): Mr Ramsey called me again begging me to take down this review because he would be given a penalty from his bosses if I do not. I informed him that I could not take down my review as this is my true and honest experience. If Mr Ramsey had treated me with respect by being honest and fair, I would not be in this position. If I am contacted again to remove my review I will report Mr Ramsey and this company to the police.

Thanks to Mr Zain and Mr Ramsy for the great experience on booking my flight ticket to Ghana. I was impressed when Ramsy tried every means to get my ticket booked even in the night. Thank you Helloflight for my second great experience.
