Last year 2025 i had a flight from heathrow to manila supposed to fly with Qatar and that got changed to Kuwait airlines as they said the flight was cancelled so they owed me £960 because of the mess up but also they didnt inform me that the flight had been changed and was going a day later until i got to the front desk at heathrow telling me i was going the following day not that day even tho it was on my eticket
Then ive booked up a flight this year nothing to say if the flight was still going either way as stop over in dubai until i called them today the guy when i booked it Ahmed told me if i wanted to fly with Qatar this time i would have to go a level up on the return which wouldve worked out around £3700 i said no it was too dear so he said about going with emirates and flying back with Cathay Pacific so i paid £300 down payment then paid £2196 a month later didnt hear anything from anyone he said he would book the emirates flight then would sort the flight for cathay pacific only to find out today that he only booked my flight one way ive really had enough of this company so now im waiting for them to sort something out as i fly out this tues march 31st

Hello flight are scammers, Run for your life Noman, OMAR. Karma is really but I promise you it shall never be well with you plus your children. The pain, the tears you have caused me. I swear God will pay you abundantly. You don’t know how people struggle to make a living and you just scam people. Abeg they will convince to offer voucher, it’s a trap don’t fall for it. Scammers

I was introduced by a friend and decided to see if it was worth trying.I wasn’t disappointed as I received an excellent service.Mr Junaid was proactive and made sure I got the best options that suits what I wanted for the flights.

Was referred to Hello flight last year by a friend. Have bought some tickets from Hello flight with no issue atalI and have been able to introduce some of my friends to Hello flight.
Thanks to Mr Junaid,who have been displaying a high level of professionalism.
Guys,please its OK to buy tickets to anywhere in the world from Hello flight.

Avoid this company like the PLAGUE!
You have been warned!!
They are all a bunch of liars and crooks.

1. They will take a £100 deposit on initial contact with them and promise a full refund if you cancel within 7 days but you won't get anything back as you'll be forced to use the £100 deposit to buy another ticket in future if you change your mind.
2. Beware of all the good reviews they get as they entice people to give good reviews with £100 vouchers.
3. They say categorically that they have sold you a flexible/changeable /refundable ticket (i.e. changeable date and refundable if you no longer travel at no extra cost) but they knowingly and falsely sell Fixed date tickets which is not refundable. Should you wish to change the travel date or cancel, you are whacked with a very expensive fee - in my case, nearly £400 on top of the original ticket price!

4.They said my ticket cost included a seat with extra leg room but of course it was lies. All I got were standard seats on both legs of my journey.

Book directly with the airlines- at least you know what you are getting!

This company is a fraud in every sense. They make you book a flight, pay deposit, encourage to select a very costly flight while selling a lie of *a voucher* to you that you will be repaid immediately you complete the full flight payment. Immediately you complete the full flight payment, they will start telling you that the voucher cannot be paid to you until you book another flight with their company. As an unsuspecting fellow, your mind will not remember to ask for the voucher-pdf-file. When you want to book another flight and ask them to deduct the previous voucher value, they will tell you, that the voucher-value was only mentioned in their email but their is no pdf-file containing the real voucher details assigned to your name. I will advise you to avoid the fraudulent and painful effects of these unethical, lying, and deceitful company. I will do my due diligence to submit all emails and evidences against them in a law-suit. Ramsay has been the person perpetrating all these lies to me from the beginning. He will really meet his reward for deception soon.

Take my advice and avoid!!
Scammers will take deposit and tell you original flight over booked and will stop responding to calls Ramsey was the person I dealt with was hell!!!!! Don’t say you wasn’t warned….. still didn’t receive my deposit back I don't understand why this company is still running…

Mustafa is a great guy having earned my trust in guiding me through the payment process and issuing the ticket whilst l was on the phone. What great experience!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company is a scam outfit. They will take your deposit and make it impossible to pay your outstanding fees within their 24 hour timeframe. I called them several times and was told that I was wasting their time!! I have now called in the credit card company and ActionFraud.
Don't go anywhere near this outfit. They are absolute crooks.

This outfit is now trying to hide behind the fact that I am reviewing my wife's experience with this shower of shite. I have since discovered that although they advertise ATOL membership on their website, they are listed on the 'websites to avoid' on ATOL's very own website. They are not afiliated with ATOL. I repeat my sentiment: AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This is a scam company who are just desperate to take your reservation money. They don't listen to you but rather interested in stealing your money and not doing anything about it. Their staff shout at you telling you they have family problems. I tried them twice and they refused to refund my £260. May God punish them. Try them if you don't love your money.

So, here's the deal with my experience dealing with them. A friend hooked me up, right? I gave them a call to book a flight to Nigeria with Egypt Air, and they quoted me £463. They wanted £100 upfront to reserve the ticket, and I needed to pay the rest by December 27th. But then, the person who referred me got wind of some shady stuff going on and told me to demand my ticket immediately. I needed it for a holiday request at work. Long story short, they said the Egypt to Lagos flight got canceled, and I had to pick another day, which I already knew about. I suggested a day before or after, and they hit me with an extra £212 on top of the initial balance, promising £250 back. It seems like they pull this stunt on everyone to hold onto that initial payment because who wants to lose that, right? And when you ask for a refund, they only give you back 30% of the total.

Ramsay is the best travel consultant you can ever ask for, he made my encounter on Hello flights a memorable one. I am most certainly using the services of Hello flights again.

Helloflights you do not have resolution team you have bunch of liars in your office. I think you are the one who is fake because you gave me fake booking reference number HF1144 and fake airlines reference (PRPP3J-Emirates and R2AHNW-Turkish). How can you say you can't find it? Also I have exchange of emails from your people as evidence. You are a group of scammers not a legit travel agency, period.

So this people has now reply making it look as if I am a competitor agency making fake reviews as obviously they still don’t want to give the money back !!!
BEWARE OF THEM AS YOU CAN SEE THE WAY THEY PLAY SO DIRTY !!
