I would like to escalate that the Helix Automotive is a scam /fraudlent company trying to sell a vehicle that of a VW Polo white 2016 plate with 72,366 miles and price £2500 date 28/04/2026 . Arranged sale , completed sale, contract signed from both parties, took 20% deposit , communications moved forwards after sale and soon as communication about failure to deliver all communications ceased. Told would be delivered also requested further money ontop of already 20% paid but no car never turned up and excuses made, again approached but no contact for 3 days left out of pocket with nothing to show for it.. I have taken screenshots , information, all written down and documented to prove written agreement to now the vehicle has gained 8,142 in space of a few days, Now states on website dated 10/05/2026 mileage 80,508 with also a price increase £4,400 . Please avoid at all costs will take your money and mot contact. Unprofessional behaviour full.of lies and fraudlent behaviour.

Bad experience. As with reviews from charlie and taz below i am having the same problems with this company, money taken no delivery and machine back on sale.

This company is fraudulent.
Taken a deposit from a friend of mine for a car went to the hassle of giving tracking information and much like the review below the car was never delivered and communicated from has ceased. Originally two different excuses were given as to why the delivery was delayed and now there is no communication at all. Steer well clear of these scammers. Legal action is being taken. And please don't bother replying to this review with your automated response.

For starters my friend is not a him. Secondly except two different excuses as to why HER car has not been delivered, which was supposed to have been Tuesday, you have ceased all communication with her. Her mum has tried contacting you as has her dad. She has not been informed of a refund, nor any further information about her car. She is receiving no responses from you what so ever. As a 'director' of multiple businesses Matthew Parry I suggest you show professionalism and contact my friend today, directly, and rectify this.

Brought a car which they said it will be delivered but they said there is a delay then they said the day of delivery they said bank account closed and cannot deliver the car and in website they put the car back for sale, beware of these scammers, chargeback initiated
