Long delivery, dropped quality
The delivery to Germany took more than 2 weeks. The quality of tights since i last time bought it (approx. 4 years ago) dramatically dropped. I wore two pairs of different tights now and they have holes after the first wear.

Ich musste in der Postfiliale Zollgebühren zahlen ohne das ich vorher darüber informiert wurde. Ich habe das Geld dann von Hedoine zurückbekommen, aber ich musste mehrere Mails schreiben, damit ich das Geld und keinen Gutschein erhalte. Ich habe mir extra eine langlebige Strumpfhose bestellt und diese hatte direkt zu Beginn kleine schwarze Streifen… wahrscheinlich nicht zu vermeiden

I'm being refused a refund for shape…
I'm being refused a refund for shape wear that was not my size! Not allowed to try it on how else will you know if it fits you! I had planned to order another size but now I will not. Beware of this company

Ladders everywhere
Ladders everywhere. I literally watched agape as the small hole on my thigh slowly laddered over the course of a 2 hour work meeting. Purchased a year ago but only on their 6th or 7th wear so cannot make a claim on the ‘ladder free guarantee’, tights feel lovely on but expensive for a promise they can’t keep. At least they’ll biodegrade 😭

Great Customer Service, everything else not so much
Melisa from Customer Service did a perfect job. She assisted me kindly and solved all my problems in the best possible way.
But still, the fact, that I could not use the voucher, that I had just received, without help of customer service, is not so great.
The fact, that I needed the help of customer service to order without a fee of over 30€ shipping costs for Express-Delivery ist not so great. (In fact, I had qualified for free shipping and I didn't need express)
The fact, that I ordered tights for 35€ each - not knowing if it really fits - and not being able to return or exchange it, is not okay. I don't think that "hygiene reasons" is reasonable in this case.
At the and, thanks to customer service, I ordered, hoping that the products will fit. Sadly, I had to pay 22,90€ for tax + fee (delivery to Germany) when the package finally arrived (by the way, shipping untracked for whatever reason)
Maybe if I would have known before, that I would have to pay taxes when delivered, I would have accepted the delivery. But I did not.
For that reason I do not know anything about the fitting and quality of the products.

Be aware of the toll fees if you live in the EU
I was asked to pay additional toll fees on delivery while their German website claims them to be sending from EU for EU customers. An additional 28 euros for three pairs of pantyhose was too steep for me so I did not accept the package. It has been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my money back

Very very unprofessionel…
Very very unprofessionel if something runs wrong. I had to run After them and my order always several times before getting an answer. Delivery didn’t work for several times. Without insisting again and again I wouldn’t have Hard heard anything from them. Just a small credit for a lot of troubel and unsolved Problems. I am really really really disappointed!

The Hedoine team helped me to select an alternative pair of tights I ordered due to selling out. They truly went above and beyond to provide me with a great pair of tights that don't ladder, stay in place and look super natural on. Is this a real company? Taken money but not dispatched the order.
I purchased tights from their website on the 29th May 2024 and paid extra for next day delivery. It’s now 7th June and I have not received my order or dispatch email. I did receive order confirmation and money was taken from my account on the same day as the order. I have contacted them twice via email (as chat seems to be offline) but no one has replied. Is this a legitimate business or a scam?
