Ordered an item and was given an invalid tracking number for the package. After two weeks the package has still not arrived and ultimately dont expect it to at this point.

Ordered an item and was given an invalid tracking number for the package. After two weeks the package has still not arrived and ultimately dont expect it to at this point.
I placed an order with the money taken, never received an order confirmation email, never received any replies asking for confirmation and after reading these reviews I don't expect to receive the item. Have requested a refund and heard nothing. Very disappointed.
Still haven’t received item ordered 2 weeks ago
Never received our orders, my 11 year old spent his birthday money ordering two keyrings and paying £5.99 for 2 - 5 working days delivery. Been over 3 weeks now and no order. We have emailed several times and no answer. Do not buy from this site.

****AVOID THEY TREATEN LEGAL ACTION******
Placed an order and recieved the incorrect item, messaged via chat and was told they would send a replacement and a returns label, replacement was dispatched but delayed, didn't have a return label, contacted about the delayed parcel, and was told I should of returned the incorrect order, explained I was waiting for the returns label, they emailed the label, then had this email @3am the following day
I am contacting you following on from our previous correspondence. I note that you have failed to comply with the terms of our agreement set out in full in our correspondence dated 13/12/22. I also note that you have taken delivery of your replacement order and have failed to return the order delivered to yourself initially.
This is classed as theft whether you choose to agree or not. This is very simple to deal with from our side; and will result in us billing you for the item you have decided to keep unlawfully.
Now you may think that we won’t bother to follow this up due to the amounts involved. However, I will personally be following this up as you were more than happy to immediately contact about the issue with your order; yet are happy to attempt to defraud our company out of goods after all the help and effort we went to to resolve your issue.
I have been in contact with our solicitors; and will personally be sending you an invoice for the order you have not paid for. You will have a full 7 working days to make payment for this order and settle the amount in full and final settlement of this matter. Following on from this; if payment is not received we will then send you a letter before legal action in the post; and begin the process of recouping the funds. I confirm that I have your full name and correspondence address and am more than happy to complete a small claim against yourself in order to recoup the funds if necessary.
You may think this is a joke, or is ridiculous. However, I am more than happy to take these steps as you have taken me and this company for a fool.
If you would like to avoid all this and resolve the issue at hand; please contact back to confirm receipt of the postage label and post back the order to ourself.
