This is a new raffle company that offers some interesting items to win, and there are plenty of cheap options. If you fancy something different they are definitely worth checking out.

Great website, clear and transparent with their draws whilst maintaining participants anonymity. I’ve managed to win an IPhone 17 pro which was promptly delivered to me, after a few weeks without any luck, I won £200 website credit which I’m yet to spend.

I entered the iPhone draw and unfortunately didn’t win — congratulations to the winner. To be clear, this one-star review is not because I didn’t win.

The issue is misleading advertising and lack of clarity.

Heaven Collective responded to my email to say that the draw was advertised as an auto draw on the draw page. However, this was not clear or obvious to me at all, and I genuinely never saw this information. I also checked back through all promotional emails I received about the competition, and nowhere did it state that the draw would be automatic rather than live. Had this been clearly communicated upfront, I would not have entered.

I specifically choose competitions that run live draws because of the excitement and, more importantly, the transparency they bring. Receiving an email seconds after the draw ended at 8:30pm saying I hadn’t won made it clear the draw was done behind the scenes, which was disappointing given how the brand markets itself.

Their website states:

“With low-cost, skill-based entries, 100% guaranteed winners, and transparent live draws, we’re here to turn everyday moments into life-changing opportunities.”

The emphasis on transparent live draws is exactly what influenced my decision to enter, so this experience didn’t align with that messaging.

They also mentioned that their Facebook page is currently down due to copyright infringement. This was never communicated in any emails, and as a customer I had no way of knowing this. Even so, there are other platforms available — such as Instagram — where a live draw could have been conducted if transparency is truly a priority.

Finally, for a company that claims to value transparency, I find it odd that on the winners page, the winners’ names are partially hidden with asterisks. Other competition sites announce full winner names, which gives customers confidence that real people are winning. With names obscured, it’s hard to see how customers are meant to verify or feel reassured about the results.

I’m not saying anything improper has taken place, but the lack of clarity, communication, and genuine transparency means I feel I wasted my money on this occasion and won’t be entering again. If you’re someone who values clear communication and true live draws, this may not be the right company for you.

FOLLOW UP TO HEAVEN COLLECTIVE RESPONSE:

I’d like to clarify a few points from a customer perspective, as I believe this is where the misunderstanding lies.

You mention viewing the information as it appears on your website, likely on a PC or laptop. However, I accessed your site on a mobile phone, which I expect most customers also do. On mobile, the draw information is not immediately visible and requires clicking into the “competition description” section for it to appear. Key information such as how and where a draw will take place should be clearly visible at the top of the page without needing to expand additional sections.

In addition, your promotional emails do not clearly state how the draw will be conducted. If live draws are a core part of your brand messaging, any exception to this — or any inability to conduct a live draw — should be communicated directly and clearly by email. This could be as simple as a clear notice in the email itself or a banner displayed prominently at the top of the website and on the relevant competition pages. Customers should not be expected to infer this from collapsed website sections or platform-specific limitations.

With regard to Facebook and Instagram, customers cannot reasonably be expected to know that your Facebook page was unavailable or that Instagram restricts live draws to accounts with over 1,000 followers. These are internal or platform-related issues, and it is not fair to place that context on customers after the fact. Clear communication upfront would have avoided this entirely.

Looking ahead, it’s important to recognise that customers like myself — who actively participate in competitions and are willing to spend money — are the ones you need to keep on your side. Clear, transparent communication is key to maintaining that trust and encouraging continued participation.

While I understand you are disappointed with the one-star Trustpilot review, I believe it is a fair reflection of my experience. The review is not related to the outcome of the draw itself, but to the lack of clarity and communication surrounding how it was conducted. Reviews are based on customer experience, and this was mine.

I won a Meta Quest 3s and decided to opt for the cash alternative. Payment was made within days to my bank account. Thank you.

I grew increasingly skeptic of these games thinking that it was almost impossible for someone of non Caucasian origin to win anything! Well heaven collective really challenged that and I won the very first time on this site and that too something I really really wanted!

I was lucky enough to win one of the prizes and I heard from the team the following day. My prize was then arranged to be delivered the day after. Super speedy and very friendly team. Couldn’t recommend more!

I just won a FUJIFILM m-x5 camera in a Heaven Collective raffle. I originally saw them on Facebook and I was in the market for actually buying this or a similar camera. I entered the raffle, and joined the live draw and was happy to see that I’d won it.

The team that run Heaven Collective are lovely, very helpful and genuinely want to make the experience as comfortable and calm as possible for you. I had plans for the camera very soon after winning and to accommodate this they even got the parcel delivered somewhere local for collection as home delivery was going to take a couple extra days.

Saw this company advertising a giveaway competition on a Facebook ad, was curious to enter! It was for a kitchenaid mixer which is something I've always dreamed of owning, but in this day with the cost of them I thought it would only be something I could afford later in my life. I saw the tickets were for £1.49, but to my surprise when I clicked the link they came up as totally free! So I took my chances to enter, literally signed up for 1 free ticket and could not believe it when I received a call 2 mondays later claiming I had actually won the kitchenaos mixer, I could not believe my ears. We confirmed my address over the phone and by the Friday I had received the mixer. I was totally over the moon as I love making and baking. So this is now an absolute staple in my kitchen. I came across Heaven Collective on Facebook. One of the items that I dreamed of having was up for raffle so I decided to buy the winning ticket that got me a beautiful Le Creuset kitchen set in a matter of days. The whole team is absolutely lovely, the website is very easy to manage as well as getting to watch their live raffles on social media. This is genuinely one of the best things I have ever done in my life so don’t overthink it and buy that raffle ticket!
