It works!
I was lucky enough to win one of the free competitions for a £100 Harrods gift card. One day after the competition close, I was contacted by the lovely customer service member to congratulate me and confirm my details for shipping. The gift card was with me the next day. I never believed the “free to enter” competitions as I’d never win anything over the years, but it just goes to show it is a luck of the draw and it clearly works. I’ll definitely use Heaven Competitions in the future!

Thank you so much for this, and massive congratulations again.
I’m really glad that side of things stood out to you. We never want Heaven Collective to feel pushy or spammy, the aim has always been to keep it simple considered and focused on quality prizes that people want.
Really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review and I’m so pleased everything was smooth once you won!
Thanks again for the support.
A laid back, quality lottery experience. No pushy spam.
I've had experience with 3-4 different competition websites. All relatively straight forward, but all pretty pushy. I entered a competition with HC a while back... didn't win, but I appreciated not being bombarded by emails every other day for new listings.
I like that it's quality prizes drawn infrequently.
I saw a KitchenAid mixer listed, so decided to try my luck. I bought the max number of tickets and thoughts nothing of it, until I checked my emails to see that I'd won.
The team contacted me the next day with instructions and promptly organised the prize. I'd be happy to enter another raffle with HC in the future.

Fabulous!
Just won with Heaven Competitions and had to leave a review. Honestly couldn’t fault the experience — the staff were genuinely lovely from start to finish, really friendly and quick to respond whenever I had a question. Special shout out to Aisha who was brilliant to deal with, and to Joe who ran the draw. The prizes on offer are top quality, and the whole process from entering to claiming was smooth and properly transparent. Draws are run fairly and you can tell they actually care about their entrants. Already eyeing up the next one. Highly recommend giving them a go.

My husband won a Demellier handbag
My husband won a beautiful brown suede Demellier handbag in a raffle which he surprised me with for Christmas 2025. It arrived quickly after winning. It had been purchased brand new from Net-a-Porter, sent directly from Net-a-Porter to my husband. I couldn't believe it when I opened the box! I would recommend Heaven Collective.

There needs to be a limit on how many…
Great website, with great prizes, but there needs to be a limit on how many tickets a single customer can purchase. I get tickets every week, but it’s always the same person that wins the bulk of the prizes. I’ve continued to buy tickets, but probably won’t anymore as I think it’s unfair. A lot of prize website put a cap on number of tickets per user for this reason

Thank you for taking the time to share this and for your continued support each week. We completely understand your concern and appreciate you raising it so thoughtfully.
Fairness and enjoyment for everyone is incredibly important to us. While all entries have always been within the rules and every draw is random and transparent, we recognised that in lower volume competitions a single larger spend can sometimes feel unbalanced for other players.
We have taken your advice seriously and because of this, we will be introducing a ticket cap on our competitions going forward. This is a positive step to keep things fair, balanced, and enjoyable for everyone who plays as Heaven Collective continues to grow.
We genuinely value your feedback, it has helped shape this decision and we hope this change restores your confidence in playing with us.
Thank you again for being part of our community.

A nice upmarket looking website which doesn't overwhelm you with a myriad of weekly competitions. Those that are available are smart his and hers items, store vouchers, perfume, perhaps a camera or a phone. The tickets don't cost a fortune and you have to be in it, to win it.
