Luke and Kyran were fantastic and sorted out the problems we had. I would highly recommend using these chaps.

Heatzen have been brilliant! The only small issue we had was that the survey didn't account for some potential issues, and I had explained to Heatzen the issues they would face based on a quote we had 2 years ago for the same work. Had this all been taken into account, then the work would've been more streamlined and everybody involved would've had a better time.

Having said this, the issues were sorted very quickly and the extra work needed was accommodated without fuss, Luke and Kai from Elite Plumbing and Heating Solutions were amazing, patient and cracked on with the extra work involved. Couldn't have asked for better people on the job.

Despite the negative reviews for Heatzen I can say that they are certainly NOT a scam. If you don't qualify, they will let you know before any work starts!! It costs nothing to see.

I recently had a new boiler installed, and the overall experience was outstanding from Ricky and Jack. They both managed the organization and maintained clear communication throughout the process.

The installation was carried out by Ricky and Jack. They both demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and was exceptionally helpful. Both worked diligently, addressed all my inquiries, and ensured that everything was completed to a high standard and everything was explained thoroughly.

All the work was performed excellently, executing the electrical work with precision and attention to detail.

In summary, the service was prompt and professional, and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I recently had a new boiler installed, and the entire experience was excellent. Max handled the organisation and communicated clearly.

Luke and Kai, carried out the installation. Luke was professional, experienced, and incredibly helpful. They both worked efficiently, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done to a high standard.

Finally, Marvy, the electrician, was fantastic, handling the electrical work with precision and care.

Overall, the service was quick, professional, and I’m very pleased with the result.

Nathan and Jack were very efficient and professional. They did a great job with installing my boiler. They involved me in the entire process and seek consent for every procedure through out the entire process. They left my place very tidy after completing the job. I very happy with the service.

Had boiler fitted today Jack and Ricky said they would be here at 7.30 turned up on the dot got cracked on with job very efficient and cleaned up after them selves and were very professional good job would recommend this service to anyone.7
