Jimmy &Adam , came into my home to install a new boiler & TRVs they introduced themselves explained in detail everything , both were extremely polite & friendly & did a excellent job , it was a pleasure to have these two guys into my home , I give them 10/10 for working non stop , & did a fantastic job , thankyou 😀

Heatzen have been very good to deal with. Both the new boiler installation and the installation of the new insulation & related ventilation were completed effectively. There was some additional work that had to be carried out a month later i.e. a fault had to be corrected. This was done quickly. Zoe at Heatzen was very professional and polite in her communication and was committed to making sure that all the work was completed as soon as possible.

I would love to leave my feedback and highly recommend to everybody please use the service from HEATZEN and PROXIMUS for your new boiler as I had the best experience with Heatzen from the first conversation with Mr. Max Cruise then Mr. Ali came on site to our house since then my life from dark and cold with no heating and hot water turn us to see all bright light at the end of the tunnel in no time at all.
Mr. Max Cruise and the very kind lady officer Zoe had been so kind to me at all times so sweet and lovely personality everytime I report problem to her office with great help from Mr. Max Cruise mainly.
Afterwards thank to Mr. Salvator whom solve all our problem and leave me and my little girl in the warm house with heating and hot water such the wonderful service to our little grandaughter whom lost her daddy but HEATZEN so kind to give us the warmest hurt from everyone at HEATZEN and PROXIMUS I will remember all of you in my pray every night forever in my life xxxx Best wishes for everyone whom working for HEATZEN xxx

Tom and steve did a fantastic job very polite hard working and took pride in their work which you could tell with the quality of the work they have just done credit to there company that employes them.

Applied for the grant accepted straight away. Jimmy came and single handedly fit 10 radiators and a boiler in my 6 bedroom house in 2 days, great guy with a great work ethic couldn’t of asked for a better job, if you want someone for any heating work jimmy’s the man wouldn’t use anyone else ever again.

Very efficient service. The boys were very professional and helpful. They made sure we were aware of everything that was going on throughout the day. They were a lovely group of lads. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely great service. Tom and Steve done the most amazing job. it was a hard work with complicated old system to deal with, but they where very professional and calm. they done the job in 2 days. installed the central heating and a new Combi Boiler:: I’m very pleased with the service they provide. more appropriate for Tom and Steve. Thank you guys again

The company delivered on upgrading my very old boiler which packed up 12 years before I engaged them. Prior to my contact with them two other companies took details did their survey but never turned up to change the boiler. But this company inspected surveyed and actually kept to their dates and completed the installation.
Their engineers were professional knowledgeable and friendly.

I thought that Jimmy and Adam were very efficient they work very well as a team they didn't
hang about and got on with the job quickly and I thought they both were very experienced in their work
