Honestly the worst
Honestly the worst. Whoever we spoke to on the phone has no communication skills. The night before our flight out the flight was delayed so we rang to say instead of 5:45 am will be like 11am - the guy taking this message acted as if us calling to advise was odd which did confuse us - then got woken up at 5:49am by the driver asking where we are - credit here though as this guy was so apologetic. Coming back we had booked for 4:45 which until 4:40 we thought we would make - rang to say running late but airline caused so whatever extra we would pay - they hadn’t even left but said they would leave then. Rang at 5pm to chase, 5:15 to chase and again at 5:30 where the guy was so rude and blamed me and raised his voice. This is not meet and greet. It’s wait and greet. In fairness the drivers were fine but whoever answers that phone needs intensive customer service training.

Never use this company. It is not meet and greet. It is you show up at the agreed time and they turn up when they like. On departure I waited over 45 minutes to be met by anyone at Heathrow. On arrival I waited over 30 minutes. They clearly have no idea how to coordinate a meet and greet service so I would avoid this company at all costs

When I arrived back at Heathrow from a weekend away I called this company as soon as I landed while still on the plane so they could bring my car to me and yet we waited for almost an hour in the freezing cold for them to arrive. When the driver arrived my car was making a loud screeching noise and the man was driving very slowly. I instantly knew he’d been driving with the handbrake on. I challenged him when he pulled up but he played dumb. As I opened the boot to put our luggage in, the smell of burnt brakes was horrendous and I called the driver back over to ask him to sit back in my car as he had clearly been driving with the handbrake on! He denied it and said to send an email if I want to make a complaint.
I took my car to the mechanic a couple of days later and my brakes were completely fried - they were so bad that all the medal had cracked. The mechanic was blown away at the state of them. It cost me £300 to replace all 4 brake pads.
I made a complaint on 4th December and have still not had a response. The only number available for this company is the mobile number you call when you are ready to drop off/collect your car and they keep telling me they can’t deal with complaints over the phone.
I wish I had seen all these reviews before I used this company. Please DO NOT USE this company.
Do not use
Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before it was too late. The car was picked up in time, no problem there. I have to say it was a left hand drive. Returning it took at least 4 call until they admitted that the car had been damaged. Obviously the driver had hid a curb at speed so two wheels damaged and and two tyres were destroyed. They claimed that it was my fault because the tyres just blew without reason at 30 miles/h. They are high speed tyres rated for more that 120 miles/h, so they only way they would blow was it something was hit.
Having read the conditions in detail I realised that they were not responsible for anything. They agreed to replace two of the wheels with new ones. To prevent them from putting any old tyre on the car I arranged for 4 new tyres to be fitted and balanced. In the end they screed this up as well and fitted only three tyre. On returning of the car the two alloys were only repaired with no bill to prove that this was done by a reputable company, only three wheels had new tyres and the front grill was damaged and the Mercedes emblem and the central wheel caps for two wheels were missing. I also have now to pay for a wheel alignment check due to the impact on the wheels. The whole episode has cost we nearly 1 000 GBP. That is expensive parking.

terrible terrible company, late to pick up both ways and really rude, I couldn't actually believe it. When waiting for our car they didn't pick up for over half an hour and we just stood and waited when luckily the car came after an hour wait. do not go with them!

When myself & friend returned from Lanzarote we collected our suitcases & called them as instructed to bring both of our cars, they said they were short staffed & would send a car to collect us, when the car arrived there was already someone sitting in the passenger seat, there were parts hanging off the car, there was also no badge to state the car was licensed to carry people, they were also not in uniform and the driver could care less & had a really bad attitude, the boot was full of stuff as did the rear left seat, where were we meant to put our suitcases & sit as there was just about enough room for one of us, so my friend went with them as he lived the furthest away, they said they would be 10mins there & 10mins back, after 30mins so called they said they were on there way, I tried calling another 6 times but they would not answer, I’m an DISABLED & they left me on the side of the road for over an hour until 1am in the morning, when my car eventually arrived it was a different person as was the person in the other car behind it, so if there were 4 different people how come he said they were short staffed, very unprofessional & a really bad attitude company, do not use them, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE!!!!

Exceptionally slow
Waited over an hour for my car to be dropped back; really defies the point of paying for a valet service. We also waited half an hour to drop off.

I paid for meet and greet yet they said that I had to drive to their compound in Uxbridge. Not having much time I could see no option but to do that and then they used my car to take me to the airport. A 30 minute detour and extra petrol. Driver never wore a mask. On arriving one he told me he couldn’t bring my car to the airport. When I tried to get a reason why out of him he told me I was rude and had a bad attitude. To be honest, I am a women and I was travelling on my own. I felt pretty threatened and intimidated by him so didn’t say anything after that as I just wanted to get to my car and get out of there.

Up date from my review earlier this month. I called to speak to a senior manager and told the office manager is as far as I could go. He was rude and would not accept my car was used by the driver for personal use. My car was kept dumped based on my app location at an industrial unit car park. or very close. This is not a secure compound, an off piece of waste land to an industrial unit, not secure or camera protected.
Don't take a chance it's not worth it.

This is an update for the review I left on the 31st of December.
We were rescued from the road side after 5 hours by the RAC, we had had the catalytic converter stolen from our car. Clearly our car was not kept in a safe place, it takes time and tools to cut out a piece from the underside of the car. I must have emailed a dozen times and to this date I dont have an apology after putting our family through this ordeal. I have received 2 anonymous emails (they never give you a name and a position in the company) to let me know that as per terms and conditions they do not take ANY responsability for any car in any event. This would normally be ok just as long as you know that your car is in a safe closed compound. They have not provided an address for where my car was kept, this is needed for the police report as they have to look at CCTV.
I have asked nicely for all the details, and we are being ignored. I have been given an address in Islington, but not sure if its someone's address or if the 'company' is registered here. On google earth it looks like a block of flats. This leads me to believe that they do not have a compound/office business infraestructure. What are they hiding?Why are they not telling me where my car was parked when it was vandalised?
Well, like someone else said in another review they take your money and park your car in a random street.
The matter is now with the police,my solicitor and trading standards. Unless of course suddenly 'customer service' appears and they want to make it right! doubt it...

Following my review on the 31st of December, here is an update.
We were on the side of the road in Staines for 5 hours with our young children. It was new years eve and it was a long time until we got towed home, we celebrated 2021 in the tow truck.
RAC mechanic confirmed that our Catalytic converter was stolen.
We have chased this company all week for an address and details of where our car was kept. Nothing.
We have now reported it to the Police, this is obviously a fraudulent parking service. If my car was in a secure compound it would have not had its catalytic converter stolen. Someone said in another review that they park the cars in a random street. I believe this is true. I believe its a bunch of guys taking your money, collecting your car, and dumping it somewhere until you return. Proof is that they do not have an actual address.

Awful service from start to finish. I called the number provided on all their sites and the man said “wrong number, call the office”.
The drop off made me wait 35 mins after the agreed drop off time. In addition, collection took 45 from the phone call. They try to blame the customer and covid for their shoddy service. Avoid

If there was a minus star these would get it. I had to cancel my holiday and parking because of covid 19. The airlines and hotel refunded me ok. Even after 4 emails and speaking to two people (one on the day due to fly) nothing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Badly damaged front wheel and no reply from the company
I used the service between 21st and 28th September at Terminal 5. When the car was returned to me it had a significant damage to the front nearside alloy wheel. When I raised this with the driver, he said "it is nothing to do with me" and so I called the contact number I had and was told to report it via email. I have done this twice but received no reply. I have called and been told that there is only one person in customer services. All of this suggests the company is just not interested in customer services, because all 3 people I have spoken to don't want anything to do with my problem and nobody from customer services has bothered to reply.
WARNING - AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Horrific from start to finish!
Arrived at Heathrow to be approached by the POLICE warning us they were concerned about this company taking our car and wanted to check out the details! The police did what they could for us and confirmed that they do have insurance to drive the car, but warned us that it was likely our car would be driven many miles away and parked on a random street, or worse hired out for the weekend... Not exactly being well looked after. They also told us that the company was operating against Heathrow policy, by using the 'drop off' zones rather than the full car parks (in order to avoid the ticket fee of £4.50...) - meaning the car was eligible for a £40 fine.
After hearing this we decided to look up the reviews (and thank god we did), and made the call to get our car back and park somewhere more trustworthy. Unbelievably the company charged us £40 before they would give us the keys back, "for driver time", which we had to pay cash in hand.
To top it all off the service and attitude of everyone we encountered was so utterly rude, dismissive and aggressive. Please please avoid this company.
