Great
I can only tell you about my experience. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. No hic cups. The even phoned me as they could see the plane had landed but I had not made the call( the plane did land but there was not a gate to allow us to off load which delayed the call for an hour).
Returned To Receive £80 Fine!
Followed instructions to drop off vehicle at Terminal 3 (28th November) but no-one came until I had rung several times. Did not realise that they had instructed me to park in the "drop off" zone which is charged for and they did not mention this in their instructions. Being preoccupied with the delay in getting the driver to arrive plus increasing lateness checking in for our flight, I had not observed the charge notices. Once the driver arrived, we hurried on our way with no further thought to the matter until after returning from holiday and receiving notification of an £80 fine. Despite e-mailing the company's apparent "customer services" for them to take responsibility for the fine, I have disappointingly but maybe not unexpectedly, heard nothing for over 2 weeks. I did not check out this company before booking which I should have done but will not use again in future!!

They got speeding in my vehicle when I was out of the country, emailed , phoned countless times , just palmed off with excuses that office wasn’t replying, just lies , after proving I was not in the country to met police I still received a 7 day court order unless I give platinum parking address which there is no way of obtaining, luckily enough I have enough proof I wasn’t in the country, but I would advise never to use this company not even the police can trace their address
Avoid these criminals
Already totally infuriated with this illegal company/scam. I have taken them to court but as yet the Court has not succeeded in locating the company or the directors. Very strange don't you think. Mr Masood (22 years of age) and a Mr Yusuf (21 years of age). Platinum Car Parking Ltd. Registered with Companies House in July 2022. Please do not book anything with these crooks. Here we are the 31st October and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me from when I landed back at Heathrow on the 21st October, Day after day they promised it was coming back to me but have now gone quiet so I fear the worse. They promised in an email to also refund the taxi fare I had to take to get me home that evening that cost me £350 plus the £74.99 booking fee but despite sending the claim in twice I have heard nothing. Of course its the loss of my car that has caused me so much stress and in the hands of the police now but this should never be allowed by Heathrow Airport for this sort of operation to continue especially when you read the other reviews .. Do not use any of these Meet and Greet companies its a scam and Heathrow should be ashamed its happening at their airport .
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience: 1. Very rude person answers the telephone; 2. Entered car park an hour before we collected car, so we had to pay >£11.40 to get car out; 3. Left our car key on the front tyre!!!!! AVOID this company. Update - there is a new deep scratch on the drivers side door - definitely not there before dropping the car.

This is not a 'Meet & Greet' Service!
Sadly a 'minus 5*' is not an option so my advice - do not use this company if you want a true 'Meet & Greet' service. Although they purport to be one, trust me, it is cheaper and faster to park at the long stay car parks and take the shuttle!
I departed on 12 September and returned on 20 September. On each occasion, despite their insistence to call in advance, the call went to voicemail which was full! On the way out, I had to leave the key on a wheel as, having waited over an hour, I had to rush to bag drop and made my flight with only 20 minutes to spare!
Indeed when I called on my return, it went to voicemail and then the call just cut out.
When eventually someone called me back (after innumerable text messages), I was told that the caller personally was getting into my car to bring it back and that he would be about 10 minutes. Over 40 minutes later I was still waiting until a young lad brought my car, needless to say without any money to pay for the parking ticket! In frustration, I vented my anger at him until he eventually called the owner for me (funny that he had a number on which he WAS contactable!!) at my insistence. The owner promised to refund me but as yet, he has not done so.
And then, to top it all - while I was paying for the parking ticket to get out (normally paid by other 'Meet & Greet' suppliers BTW!), the driver graffitied my car!! Fortunately I had witnesses (and car park CCTV).
But my advice ... book with anyone else but them!
Rubbish Service from Platinum meet and…
The company I used Platinum meet and greet and greet don't even deserve a 1 star. The most rubbish car parking service I have ever used. My car travelled miles to where nobody knows. I had taken a picture of my fuel and miles. My front window deflector was missing when I came back and the so called office number was answered by an arrogant man with a baby crying in the background. He won't bothered at all with my concerns said to email them across and may take at least 2 weeks to respond. Please don't use this company their terms and conditions also says they are not responsible for your car whilst its parked at their premises, says you should have insurance. Surely their insurance should be liable from the minute I hand over my key. You wont believe we were late at the airport they left our keys on the wheel who does that. If someone had seen this and drove off ?? This is ridiculous.
Incompetent, unprofessional- DO NOT USE
Do not use to is company at all! We phoned them 30 minutes out and then I had to wait almost an hour for the guy to pick the car up, despite phoning 6 times.
When he did arrive, he didn’t apologise. He the accused me of not paying for the parking ticket - I had, 30 mins beforehand as his colleague on the phone advised me to.
There was a further £6 to pay for the parking which I refused to do as it was their issue that they were an hour late to pick up the car.
He threw the car keys at me and stormed off.
I’ve had to rebook with a firm that has a kiosk at Terminal 2 which has cost an extra £170 on top of the 80 we’ve already paid Heathrow Platinum Parking.
Once I’m back from holiday, I’ll be insisting on getting the £170 back along with the additional parking fees.
Incompetent, unprofessional and argumentative. No real sense of customer service at all.

Extremely Poor Customer Service, if I could give zero stars then I would. This company damaged my car wheel, they also damaged the rear bumper. They even tried to repair the bumper with a touch up stick which was very badly done. These criminals refuse to answer any emails as they clearly know what they have done. I have sent them the invoice for the repair of my wheel but of course they have failed to acknowledge it. Extremely poor tinpot cowboy company who clearly should not be trading. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. I booked parking at Heathrow . Where they say to drop off is not a waiting place so unless they are there to meet you then you won’t be allowed to stay. an hour and a half after calling to say I was close they were not. There were issues at Heathrow that day but no provision had been put in place. I had to find alternative parking tht cost £250. I have contacted and requested refund and compensation and absolutely no reply at all. Do not use

Unfortunately I hadn't read reviews so either I had. Just collected the car and damage to bumper and significantly damaged alloy and tyre.
Car was driven for 50 miles during the time! Driven by very poor drivers.
Delay on drop off and pick up would have stopped me using them again, then saw the car! Now for the hassle of trying to claim!

Never ever use this company, one of their drivers stole money from my car. I had 2 coin holders in the center console each holding £15. When I return these had been taken, it could only have been someone from this company.

this company made me forget we are in uk. almost thought we landed in a different place. when i returned to my car to see alot of my stuff missing. thieves. liars. ZERO STARS . i blame heathrow to. for letting these criminals operate on there grounds. appauled shocked. pissed off.
Dreadful Service
Dreadful Service - Waited an hour for my car to come back to Terminal 5 - I called them 10 times and they totally fobbed me off with lies and the guy on the phone was so rude to me.
My car arrived in the worst condition - they had parked it under a tree and it was absolutely covered in birds mess and dust.
In a way you get what you pay for and I will never use this company again.

This company is awful the man was rude when collecting the car and 1hour late arriving to us, car had mud all over inside carpets including the mats.
I paid for meet&greet so I expected meet&greet!
Instead the key was left on my car for anyone to take!!

Rude, slow and hidden charges
Rude, car was taken to the wrong terminal, they make you pay for parking when you drop your car off for departure and they make you pay for parking when they drop your car off (when it eventually gets to the correct parking). They say 10 minutes and it ends up being 30 minutes. So in summary don’t use them unless you like slow service and hidden charges.
