Excellent service from beginning to end, can't recommend this company highly enough. Booked an appointment to have a motion detector light replaced, the new unit was ordered, picked up, and installed neatly within an hour. Very professional job. The guys Darren and Dan that came were polite, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Booking was easy and also the confirmation received of my booking. Received a call from Natalie after my callout to see how I rated the service, thought this was a lovely extra touch as she took the time to take my feedback on board all of which was extremely positive. I booked an engineer to do an EICR check and a repair in the conservatory. The engineer came on time, was tidy and made a fuss of my 3 golden retrievers. Very happy overall with the service

I got Heath Electrical Services to extend my electricity to my garage. They did the job is the cleanest possible way with minimal holes in the walls. I also got them to add a couple of electricity sockets in my back garden too.
I would fully recommend them. The only small criticism I have is that they tend to be slightly on the expensive side in their quotes...but not by too much.
I still went with them instead of some one-man company as they are an established good-sized local company which gave me confidence that their work would be of good quality.

The process of soliciting the quote was extremely professional and prompt. Matt requested photos of the EV cable connectors that I had requested a replacement for. The quote was sent online - very smooth system. I was unable to proceed with the quote due to very personal reasons but the customer services team was very polite and professional and confirmed the cancellation of my quote right away. I would highly recommend Heath Electrical to anyone looking to get work done at home and will certainly request their services in the future.

Matthew came to do an electrical inspection / survey he
sent the interesting results. There were several items that really did need dealing with, while others could wait, so we were given several options to choose from.
When the list and date were agreed Daniel also came to help, they kept things tidy and explained what the tasks involved. It was a great improvement, and the new fuse box has already seen action having been tripped once.
We are very happy with the work and will be using Heath Electrical in future .

Heath plumbing carried out a service on a 1 year old Valliant 25 kWh gas boiler including adding protective liquid vie the Adey filter to our total satisfaction and I will use them again.

They then carried out a cistern service and replaced one of the valves again to our satisfaction.

Always emailed convenient dates and times and arrived accordingly. Very tidy work with shoe protectors used.

Very professional workmanship, always keeping the customer in mind.
Excellent and competitive pricing. That impressed I have asked them back to do other work in our warehouse.

I would highly recommend to use health electric service, as soon as I called them they booked me their electrition, Tom who arrived at time, he worked so quickly to investigate the causes of the faults in my garden’s light, very knowledgeable, he worked systematically,very friendly, the price was reasonable.

We moved 7 months ago and hadn't got round to re-installing some of our light fixtures and ceiling fans. With hot weather approaching we were spurred into action without much hope of getting someone out in time. Heath electrical were there within 48hrs and kept us updated at every point.

Just had Thomas around to my property. He did a first class job. He is very easy going and explains everything he is doing very clearly and if you don’t understand he has lots of patience to go over things to make sure you are happy. He is very skilled at his job.
