Good, efficient and friendly.

I specifically mentioned a problem with my gas boiler before service on the phone when I booked and to the plumber on the day. I was issued a certificate after the service and was told there are no issues but still have same problem.

I called very next day and was left to hold and not called back after promising to do so. When I finally got through to the right dept. a day later, I was told that it would cost Additional £75 per hour plus VAT to diagnose the problem.

How am I winter ready? What was the point of paying for a service and how could they issue a certificate when the boiler in NOT in good working order?

Very disappointed with the customer service! Would not recommend, do not waste your time and money.

Although engineer was polite and tidy.

Lee of Heath Elictrical services serviced my Main combi boiler. It needed a new gasket. He went down the shop, got the new part, fitted it and still only charged me under £90. Work arranged quickly, carried out professionally and neatly.

I've used heath electrical a couple of times now for both gas and electric work. Each time the guys did a great job. Work places were left tidy and the work was top notch. They were both also very knowledgeable and more then happy to answer any questions I had.

Arrived on time, checked for location of gas meter, undertook boiler service efficiently and effectively.
Left area clean and tidy, and I received a prompt email for my service record along with a 'paid' invoice.
Competitively priced.

The engineer that came to my home was very friendly and let me know what he was doing and what the next steps were.

From start to finish the whole team have been extremely helpful, offered great advice and worked effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended.

It was easy to book an appointment online, we received updates and reminders of the appointment. The electricians arrived on time, sorted out the problem promptly, were friendly, courteous and helpful. Would recommend Heath for electrical works.

An excellent company to deal with.
I have used Heath Electrical for all of our office work- everything from the rewiring of our building to (most recently) installing a solar PV system. They have never let us down and are always a real pleasure to deal with.

Heath Electrics were not the only traders I called about the job of replacing the fuse box and restoring power to some sockets that had to be isolated after the power got shorted due to damp. However, they were the only sensible responders with quotes varying from a full re-wire to "I'm not even going to go there." I had a full inspection and a quote for the work required.
Mark was knowledgeable and reassuring that he understood the full spec. I showed him the context of the house, then left him for the day to get on with it. When I got back, nearly all of the spec was completed, with a list of some outstanding work that will bring the house up to certificate level. I am quite confident that this will be the case very soon.

They were very clear from the start about cost and what i was payfor. When they came to my house the were considerate with cleanliness and hygiene. They carried out the work quickly and efficiently. They also explained what the found and what to do. I was very happy with the service provided and the follow up calls.

They turn up on time, they respect the house by using shoe covers, they do the job they are asked to and do it well, and they clean up after themselves. I can't fault them.
