If I could give 10 stars I would. A year and half I’ve been wanting my nest thermostat installed, I gave up as I kept being let down by electricians. I took to Google and Heath Electrical Services we’re the first company I came across and wow, don’t think I could be more impressed. Booking an appointment was easy and I was given a date just a week away, I was expecting to have to wait weeks if not longer. I was kept up to date with texts and emails confirming my appointment, rough time of the duration or works and also got a text on the day to let me know the electricians were on the way with a tracking link to show how far away they were. Could not fault Matthew and Alastair, great guys with amazing knowledge, really friendly and chatty. So so impressed. I will DEFINITELY be using you again!

Had this company rewire my house last year, they were fantastic! 4 months later a switch was found to be faulty. Within 6 hours of my phone call the switch was replaced. Highly recommend this company. Lovely friendly hard working team

From the initial enquiry I found the team at Heath Electrical to be extremely helpful, prompt in responses (even out of hours) and all of this without putting any pressure on committing.
Special thanks to Matt, especially with me changing my mind half way through the ordering process, nothing seemed a issue they just reacted.
The installation team were also fantastic, really tidy, polite and the quality of the work is exceptional
The rest of the team in the office that I spoke to initially (Kelsey & Zoe) were polite, helpful and made the whole process pleasant from the very outset

I have used Heath Electrical Services twice in a few weeks to help with two separate issues. Prior to them I used another company who fleeced me £700 in total for the work they allegedly had done.

Great service overall - responded to me on a Sunday and got an electrician out the next day. Electrician Shane fixed an issue with our lights promptly and with no fuss.

Booking was so simple, I gave them a call and they came out and quoted really quickly. When I was ready to book a time I just called up and was quickly given a suitable day and time. On the day I got a call and text message with a link to show how far away the engineer was so we didn’t miss him which I thought was fantastic!! They were so helpful while at the house, after installing the new doorbell and then fixing something in the fuse box they then made sure everything was working and settings were as we wanted them. They were so friendly and helpful! To pay there is a link on the emailed invoice and was so quick and easy to do. Overall I was really impressed, we have already booked for them to come to our office to do some work there and will definitely be booking with them again if anything else needs doing, Thank you!!

We’re very pleased with the service we’ve received from Karl and Dan. Very friendly, professional and left the house very tidy. We’ve had our Nest thermostat moved from the ground floor hall to the second floor, very happy with the results.

I used Heath Electrical Services to fit a Tado smart thermostat. Matthew that fitted it was very personable and conscientious. He removed his shoes every time he came into the house, being respectful of our home. The install took approximately 1-1.5 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the first time I have used Heath Electrical Services and now I won't use anyone else. Blake was polite, professional, compliant with COVID-19 regulations and, crucially, tidy. The job was carried out expertly and he even filled in the gaps around the socket (and a few nearby dings in the wall, which were already there and entirely unrelated to this job), which shows the care and attention to detail they provide.

Thomas from Heath installed two Ring flood light cameras for me. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. Thomas and Heath were very professional, friendly and quick at getting the work done.

My job was the wiring and siting of external garden lights. The guys were pleasant and efficient in their work, but also extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions, to end up with a great result for a client (me) who was not exactly sure what he wanted.
