So; here's the deal. I was inspired by an ad for Hearts Valley and began to shop. During my experience I was offered a "discount code." After Check Out, I was offered the discount code again and "ASSUMED" (we all know what that means!) the discount applied to my previous order. When I got to Check Out once again, I realized my error.
I contacted the company to ask for cancellation of one of the orders because they were for the exact same item!
Today I received a pleasant email from Rachel @ Hearts Valley to assure me that my duplicate order had been cancelled and my refund was in progress.
As long winded as this is, my point is; THIS IS A TRUSTWORTHY small business! A hard quality to find these days unfortunately.

I ordered a necklace and it showed up in a timely manner. The customer service department responded incredibly quick to all of my questions and were very friendly. I highly recommend ordering from Hearts Valley.

Had a query about the price we paid as once we made the payment through PayPal the same item came up at a lower price which we felt was not fair to us. We contacted customer support expecting the usual runabouts you get, if a reply at all. Surprise - a cordial, friendly reply and a refund dispatched within the day. I thought the excellent reports in Trustpilot could be exaggerated. Not so - well done.

ordered an item for a christmas present on 22nd November, not even showing as dispatched on the tracking. Customer services keep saying its been dispatched, but dont seem to be able to really help. getting the feeling I've been scammed....... but lets see. just getting the same lame excuses from customer services. dont know why they dont dispatch another with a new tracking details

I purchased the magnetic heart bracelet set and had one of the magnets break off. Customer service was amazing and issued a replacement right away. The bracelet itself is beautiful and my girlfriend loved it. I will definitely be purchasing again from here again.

Ordered something years ago (sorry, I forgot what exactly). Received and recipient was happy.
However, then they started spamming me - I was not happy.
Unsubscribed, but the following year they started spamming again. Even less happy.
Emailed with them and was assured it would not happy again.
Guess what..... they're baaaaaaack.

Way to get bad reviews.

I ordered 3 rings from Hearts Valley and was super impressed by the quality. I was surprised by how good they looked in person. Beyond the pieces, when I needed help with their customer service. It was the most refreshing and authentic support I’ve received in a while. They were very quick to respond and present a solution. It's so hard to find an authentic but also quality brand to buy from. I'm so happy with my interactions with the team and will definitely be a repeat customer! I’m excited to see what they create next!

Excellent customer service! Upon receiving the gold Vintage Watch Ring I noticed a defect on the watch face and right away I emailed Hearts Valley and let them know about it with a video attached to clearly point my issues. Without any further questions ask or any precondition they sent me a new gold Vintage Watch Ring and tracking number in less than 12 hours after I sent them my email. I was amazed on how quickly they responded and how easy they solve the issue. I'm happy and excited I am getting a new Vintage Watch Ring as it's really a beautiful ring to my finger. I love the looks of it and the comfort of how easy and quick to see what time it is while being very fashionable.

I had order 2 watch rings, one as a gift and one for me. When I opened my ring I was amazed on how beautiful it was. I used it for about a week , and it stopped working. I contacted Hearts Valley and immediately they sent me a new one. Now that is how business should run honoring your customers. I was amazed again on how quick they responded to my email. I bought a beautiful matching heart pendant bracelet from Hearts Valley. My gf loved it as a gift and makes sure we are always eating it. Great product amd will recommend to my friends.

I bought the pomegranate necklace and I love it! It’s so pretty. The necklace is the perfect size for me because it’s not too big and flashy, however it’s not too small where you can barely see the details of the necklace. There was a bit of delay with the delivery but once I contacted hearts valley they did not hesitate to help me. Very good experience all around!

Great looking products , bought the watch ring . Shipping was reliable and timely . I did receive a broken product but hearts valley were fast to reply and issue me a replacement product . Very good customer service . Looking forward to receive the working product. Looked great !

there was a slight delay with my order as the gold watch ring was out of stock but nonetheless when it arrived it was everything i’d hope it would be. i’ve already gotten multiple compliments & i’ve only wore it twice so far. it’s definitely a statement piece & can be dressed up or down. i got one for me & my best friend who had just complimented somebody else’s days prior to me getting one without me knowing. will be returning for more jewelry in the near future!

Hearts Valley is amazing. I bought their magnetic chain bracelet for me and a friend and I absolutely loved it. I wore it 24/7, in the shower, the pool, everywhere. I only took it off when I absolutely had to, and it never tarnished once. It unfortunately broke and I lost it, but I reached out to the company asking if they could send me a replacement for 50% off because it would only be one of the two bracelets. And to my surprise and gratitude, they reached back out and sent me a new bracelet for free!! Hearts valley is a great company and we need more like them in this world.

I ordered the beautiful watch ring and I loved it so much I turned around and ordered the silver. The ring is just stunning, one of those pieces that will be vintage and admired always. The customer service was awesome, will definitely order more from this company.

I was a little skeptical going into buying from Hearts Valley because I wasn’t sure how a small business would handle orders, but they honestly have done better than most big companies I have bought merchandise from. My girlfriends bracelet had some issues with it and I reached out expecting a late reply or to get put on the back burner but they replied within a few hours and had no issues with sending me a replacement. Definitely a 5 star review, and will be looking to Hearts Valley for future merchandise.
