I bought a ring. It took a long time to arrive. I tried to take good care of it and always took it off when I washed my hands. After a while, it started to change colour and became hard to spin. It only lasted about a month. Then the gem inside fell out, so I threw it away. It was pretty, though.

Hearts Valley Support has been fantastic to deal with when my daughter’s watch ring got broken. The watch ring was her favourite Christmas present this year and she loves how stylish it is! I appreciate how great they were to help and how prompt the were to respond to my email. I will definitely purchase further items from Hearts Valley and highly recommend them to others! Keep up the great service- it separates you from all the others!

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a gift for my partner on Jan 19th for their early Feb birthday. I had received targeted ads from the company, and what they had looked perfect for her. They assured 2-4 day shipping. I never received any tracking info.
They sent no further updates until I reached out. I have received 12 spam promotion emails from Hearts Valley, and they still have not sent any tracking information. They told me the item I ordered was actually out of stock through an automated reply 10 days after I ordered. (Also, they have never said publicly it was out of stock, and I received more ads for the same item throughout this period). After complaining, they said they would be receiving more and providing shipping information within a few days, which still has not been done. Overall, this is a complete scam. Do not order from Hearts Valley -- buy from a legitimate source.

After the item never arrived I received excellent after-sales service which far exceeded my expectations. Item received and more. Will definitely buy from here again.

This was the first time I did business with Hearts Valley and I could not be more pleased. I purchased several pieces of jewelry and a hand bag as gifts for family for Xmas. Everyone was extremely pleased. Candidly everything looked much more expensive then what I paid; they offer great value. From the time I ordered what I purchased everything arrived within the time frame as listed. Lastly one of the recipients is allergic to the metals in the jewelry so I needed to do a return. I wrote them and they could not have been more pleasant in working out a return. Valentines Day is less than a month away and I already have picked my selection.

I placed an order for one of their necklaces and all seemed to be fine. I allowed 2-3 weeks considering it was international delivery but then I started to get concerned, especially when I clicked on the tracking information and it told me nothing was available. At this point I emailed the company, hoping for some clarification but my email was ignored. Now I’m out of pocket with nothing to show for it and nothing else to do. Really terrible customer service, all things considering.

I ordered a pair of earrings and they were lovely. Unfortunately I had an issue with them. I contacted the company and they were great. Their customer service is fantastic. - 10 out of 10. Thank you.

I ordered some bracelets from these guys for me and my now ex-girlfriend, she broke up with me shortly after I ordered these before I was able to gift them to her. Hearts Valley Jewelry was very helpful and understanding. They have 10/10 customer service and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

I purchased a christmas gift for my wife. An issue arose thate required I contact the customer service department. Their professional response and handling of my issue couldn't have gone better. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future .

I heard nothing about my order long after the delivery date given at the time of order. Emailed for more information and told the necklace is out of stock?? Website says ‘I’m stock and ready to ship’ and no one bothered to reach out to say it was out of stock at any point after I ordered??? They’re still selling these knowing there is no stock?!!! I’d avoid purchasing you could be waiting months for your jewellery

My package was stuck in transit for more than 14 days!
I contacted customer service to inquire about my package, they told me they would send another one, free of charge. Sadly they were out of stock, so they told me to choose the item I wanted in the collection, for free! I'm very grateful.

Saw the ring watch on Facebook. Decided to purchase and sooo glad I did. Quality is excellent. Very flashy. Fits great. Highly recommend Hearts Valley. Had questions about my purchase and Customer service very responsive.

My recent purchase arrived quickly, but it was not the earrings I had ordered! I wrote, asking how to return them, but a quick response apologized for the mistake, promised to send the correct earrings quickly, and told me not to bother making a return; I should keep the "wrong" earrings, too! The correct order arrived quickly. ALL the earrings are gorgeous, and the customer service is amazing! Thank you!

I placed an order 4th Dec ...still not delivered .. theytold me the item is now out of stock ..but still showing in stock on website ...maybe it is s scam ??

I ordered a piece for christmas. 2-5 day shipping. This was 10 days ago. Here I am the 24th Dec and still no delivery. I reached out as the item was marked delivered. I advised them the office has nothing package related for me in the post today so i advised the seller( Hearts Valley) of this; and I was told to search my property over the next 7 days (so a week after Xmas) and they will resend it if no luck finding, mind you i began my correspondence by telling them the package never arrived. I had to replace it so i want a refund and cancel this order that never came. Her response was search for a week then let me know as if its my responsibility to ensure a package i purchased arrives to me. SAVE YOURSELF! Shop elsewhere

I hate this experience . This company is riddled in red flags. I strongly advise you don’t spend money on this site, you will place an order and never receive the item.

I ordered my item at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. They said you can track your order every step of the way. But when I tried to track it the tracking number was not recognised. I have emailed them on a number of occasions chasing my order and they have replied only once to tell me to wait! Still waiting. Tracking still unavailable. So I now assuming I have been scammed and won’t be receiving my item. Very sad.

I ordered a item of jewellery on the 5th December. I am in the UK and failed to realise that Hearts is in the USA. My order was accepted and a label created on the 7th. Assurance was given that international delivers can take up to 2 weeks. Its now the 23/12 and the postal tracking service cannot identify the package.

Ordered an item on 4December25 for a Christmas present ; tracking through GoGlobalPost is abysmal and communication/ helpfulness from retailer is not helpful to say the least. I wish I had read previous reviews before I let HeartsValleyJewelry take my money. Customer services keep pointing me to GoGlobal whose tracking data is poor and unable to speak to them and GoGlobal haven't responded to my email. Like previous reviewers I feel like I've been scammed! and will now try to get a refund but based on my experience so far I am not confident!

The jewelry is great! Looks amazing and arrived safely with no issues. Customer support was also on top of their game with any questions I had! Would highly recommend.
