After 3 complains about the hearing aids not working properly they still could not fix them.
I requested a new one and they objected.
I'm still waiting for a solution after speeaking to 2 Audialogists.
The hearing aids are still under warrenty and I was hoping they would recognice this.
Bad experience! No customer service skills !

I recently had a consultation and hearing test with Dekota Clayton, B.Sc., M.Sc., Aud-Reg, Co-owner of Hear Right Canada — and it was a truly outstanding experience.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety due to hearing loss, social outings and even family gatherings had become overwhelming. Dekota was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough.

For the first time, I finally understood why turning up the volume didn’t help — it just added to the chaos. Dekota explained that what I needed was more clarity, not more loudness (I actually needed to turn up the treble, not the volume!).

For the first time in years, I’m genuinely excited to be getting hearing aids.
Less stress.
More outings.
More of the special moments I’ve been missing.

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with my experience at the Windsor Nova Scotia location. I called them after going through an ear infection. Dakota was amazing making sure my ears were clear and functioning properly. His knowledge and friendly approach allowed me to leave my appointment confidently knowing my hearing was better.

It is so upsetting to lose hearing aids that cost over 6 thousand dollars. Seniors do lose things. I believe it would be in the company's best interests to recommend customers extend their warranty or buy replacement insurance.

Great customer service! They listen to my concerns and are very helpful in helping me get to hear the best with the new aids I have. Adjustments were point on to where it should be. The receptionist is always cheerful and helpful with any questions I have. Booking an appointment is quick and easy with her!

I found the person who tested me was very experienced and knew what she was doing. She cleaned my hearing aids and then she adjusted the volume to my ears. The staff was also know what they were doing.

I had been to several hearing places for testing and this was the only one where I felt confident in purchasing hearing aids. The technician was excellent and explained my hearing loss well. Also, I am welcome to get my hearing aids cleaned by staff as needed. I thought the price was reasonable, considering others that I'd priced and they are made in Canada which is important to me.

I found them really good to deal with They were ready and willing to answer question when asked.

I had no problem with the Hearright employees. However the Signa app needs something adjusted. If I use my iPad I can only adjust the volume not the direction which can be adjusted on my iPhone.

My experience at Hear Right in Lacombe mall was excellent. Jen explained everything that I needed to understand about getting hearing aids. She was thorough and I felt confident that she would give me the best type of aids that were right for me.
I have abnormally small ear canals which makes it hard to fit for regular aids. Jen let me try several different styles until we found ones that worked. This process took several months and she didn't ask for payment till I was satisfied with a pair that worked for me. I trust the two Jens at Hear Right in the Lacombe mall and highly recommend this service.

Staff is very friendly and professional. They followed up with me to insure I was satisfied with my hearing aids and to ensure I had no problems. Staff also scheduled followup visits for cleaning and testing

The expertise and kind glowing care I received was the very best! As a result of initial consultation I switched provider. I confess to being negligent in my use. My fault entirely. I think it has happened where I spend most days at home alone. I still get complaints from wife and kids but I never got used to wearing them as, say, my glasses. I found my ear canals to get itchy, and behind my ears sore. I blame all of this on me and my nature.
