On 6 May I had a routine wax removal visit to Koorosh Najad who provided his usual exemplary attention to the issue - excellent.

Mr Nejad took great care of me. He explained my issues and cleaned my ears gently and painlessly. He was excellent. I’m very sorry the Dulwich clinic closed but will travel to Crystal Palace.

I went to see Nejad Karoosh for earwax suction and explained about my hearing loss which led to anxiety
He was kind, patient and understanding. He asked me to try some hearing aids for a week, I wasn’t keen but decided I had nothing to lose and it was only for a week.
This has completely changed my life! Nejad set about finding me a pair that suited my needs for as good a price as possible, nearly £1000 cheaper than anywhere else. The after sales service has been first class.

My uncle had been paying fortunes to larger hearing aid companies that were selling him products that were frankly horrible. His quality of life from bad hearing all of his life was starting to completely destroy his social life and confidence. Extremely happy with the experience in getting fitted with the new hearing device. Dr. Koorosh was highly professional and explained the pros and cons of the various different types of hearing aids. I was given a device to try out for a week. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a hearing problem.
