HearingNow: again great value for money
HearingNow: great value for money (again and again)
I purchased a set of Phonak Infinio Sphere Ultra i90 R and was quite happy. I referred my mother to them as well and when I lost an aid due to a crash, I went back to HearingNow again. That basically sums it all up.

The service from Koorosh at Hearing Now is always speedy and his advice can be trusted to carefully and gently guide you towards the correct decisions.
My latest hearing aids (Phonak) have met and exceeded my expectations. They make being in noisy situations so much more bearable.

I’m very happy with the service
I’m very happy with the service I received from Koorosh. He handled the repair of my Widex hearing aids very smoothly, kept me updated throughout, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Communication and service was excellent, and I’m very pleased to have him as my audiologist. Highly recommended.

The best priced hearing aids ever
The best priced hearing aids ever. Very smooth buying experienced, even though I was in Dubai and they were in the UK. Very smooth delivery and everything worked flawlessly. The hearing aids were half of what I was being quoted locally!!

Excellent care and excellent aids
I was fitted with in-ear Phonak hearing aids. They fitted comfortably and the sound quality is excellent. I can adjust the volume either from a button on the aids or through the phone app. The aids also adjust either automatically or manually to background noise. The audiologist listened well, was gentle and considerate and obviously skilful and knowledgeable. I thoroughly recommend.

Hi Stephen, I am sorry to hear that the new Phonak Open fitting EasyGuards did not meet your expectations regarding the Bass sound you wanted to hear. I should emphasise that this Trustpilot page is for HearingNow and IT IS NOT FOR THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED. So your rating of 3 stars is not fair for an order that we swiftly fulfilled. On the technical side, since the fitting of your hearing aids is open, I can guess that your hearing loss is mostly at higher frequencies, a range that hearing aids do not amplify much anyway. I emphasise that you might need to visit your audiologist for a tune-up.

When we moved to Dulwich we needed to find a new audiologist. We were fortunate to find Kooresh Nejad. He has provided us with excellent care to improve our hearing. He is compassionate and understanding and we highly recommend him.
