My order has always been delivered within a couple of days and has done for many years. Price has remained competitive. Edit. I'm really pleased with the service, i did receive on time as usual.

Not much hearing direct about the company it took two emails to by a hearing aid twice i had to discribe my problem also the stock seems to be very limited as i am still waiting for two receivers i imust say i did quiery them and they did offer me a refund,not much direct about this company

I was more than happy with the attention I received from your staff. Although everything did not exactly run smoothly, they did their utmost to put things right and it more than compensated for the inconvenience that was caused. I give them top marks for effort.

Batteries dispatched immediately and received on day specified

It has been close to two months since I ordered my hearing aid wires and have still not received them

Hearing Direct offered me a 10% new customer discount to place an order at a time when other online hearing aid suppliers were offering less favourable deals.

No indication was given on the company website that the hearing aids were not in stock and that they had no control over the delivery arrangements.

My order for the Signia Active Pro hearing aids was placed on the Hearing Direct website in December 2023.
Throughout the following 8 week delivery delay, the hearing aids continued to be advertised in the product list on the Hearing Direct website despite not being in stock and the timescales quoted for delivery unachievable.

I was not informed until mid-January that the hearing aids were actually not available and that the Company was entirely in the hands of their supplier.

The hearing aids were eventually delivered to me in February 2024 but had to be returned for reprogramming because a Tinnitus control program had not been incorporated.

Since the reprogrammed hearing aids were delivered I have been unable to obtain further remote support.

After making several unanswered calls and leaving messages I eventually spoke to a member of staff in late March. I was informed that the audiologist who set them up was no longer working for the Company. I was advised that I was at the top of their list and would be receiving further information later that day. However, another 4 weeks have elapsed and there has not been a response to an email I sent asking for an update on audiologist support.

We ordered hearing aid batteries on March 12. Here it is April 23 and still no batteries. I communicated with the company and was told it will take 2 or 3 weeks for these to arrive. It has been 6 weeks! I have ordered batteries several other times, receiving them in about 3 weeks. I think we are out $35.62 and no batteries! We just received our mail for today and our batteries did arrive! Sorry for this bad review!

The ability to hear even the smallest sound. Company has been helpful with my purchase.

One of my hearing aids microphones failed when just out of warranty. Signia 5nx, I was told it was unrepairable and and to buy a refurbished pair for another £500, ???

I don't know really know how to rate the service. I ordered 60 Duracell No. 13 hearing aid batteries and after I inquired, I found out that they were back ordered. The lady who responded was really great. She sent me some replacement batteries (30) free of charge which I received. She said she would fill my order when the Duracells came in. I have yet to receive them. I really can't gripe because I can still hear compliments of the replacements. I have bought from Hearing Direct in the past and will do so in the future!

Matt seems very professional and attentive. We will see how future follow-ups go to adjust the hearing aids.

My purchasing experience for 2 Signia Medium Power miniReceivers (right and left) on March 6th was far below the usual service received from Hearing Direct. The receivers were out of stock, but were in expected in approximately 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I still had not heard an updated status, so I contacted customer service. Several more days passed before I was informed that the receivers were still not available. A bit miffed, I cancelled the order and submitted an order elsewhere.

Your company posted batteries twice and I didn’t receive I contacted a very helpful & polite lady who sent 3set of batteries by courier & tracking and I received them.The lovely polite lady emailed me to make sure I received them

Great service with fast delivery and everything was as described online.
