Born in 1998 The Hearing Care Centre is now a well established independent practice and in fact the only multi centre truly independent hearing aid dispensing company operating across both Norfolk and Suffolk. We have no specific commitment to any one manufacturer of hearing instruments. Being truly independent enables us to give totally unbiased advice on all hearing concerns leading to the prescription of the most appropriate type of product to suit an individual's needs. "Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction through taking a personal approach and providing the very highest quality hearing care"

I needed my ears cleaned

I needed my ears cleaned. At first, this was complicated by an ear infection. However, I received two free follow-up sessions to finish the job, and now I'm fine. I felt well cared for throughout. The cleaning was done very professionally. Communication about the appointments is efficient. I highly recommend this centre.

Ear infections can sometimes make earwax removal a little more complex, so we’re pleased we were able to support you with follow-up appointments and help get everything resolved comfortably and safely.

This centre in Norwich is at lovely Keswick Hall. I received a warm welcome in reception and quick and painless treatment from Arianne.
The audiologist Callum was professional and informative. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my queries clearly. He fitted me with some very nice hearing aids which have helped me. Free parking, toilet facilities and offered hot drinks. I would reccomend this centre highly.

Outstanding care

I have used hearing aids for 40 years from a number of different providers but the last 15 years with The Hearing Care Centre has been the best.
As a medical professional myself I understand the value of Continuity of Care and value hugely the ability to see the same audiologist at each visit.
Simon has provided me with what I believe to be the best available hearing aid options in a friendly and helpful (and now Norwich-based) environment.
I rate their service as outstanding.
