Dear Healthwise Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received in relation to my recent order placed on 22/12/2025.
The order was for a tin of milk for my child, who has allergies to other foods. At the time of purchase, I was advised that delivery would take between 2 to 7 working days. Unfortunately, this delivery timeframe has now been exceeded, and I have yet to receive my order.
Given the nature of the product and its importance to my child’s health, this delay has caused significant inconvenience and concern. The delay is not in line with your stated delivery policy, and I am disappointed with the lack of timely service.
I would appreciate a clear explanation for this delay. Additionally, I kindly request appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory service, either in the form of a refund or store credit.
I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your frustration regarding the delivery time for your Nannycare Stage 3 milk, and I would like to clarify the timeline for you.
According to the tracking information from An Post, your order was successfully delivered on Tuesday, 30th December. I would like to provide some context regarding the "10-day" timeframe you mentioned. While it has been 8 calendar days since your order was placed, the actual number of working days was much lower due to the Christmas period.
As per An Post’s holiday schedule:
* December 24th and 25th are public holidays (non-working days).
* Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days for standard postal transit.
When excluding these holidays and weekends, your order arrived within 4 working days. This is within our standard expected delivery window for this busy time of year.
Since the tracking shows the item as delivered on the 30th, we are unable to offer a refund or credit at this time. However, if you have not physically located the package despite the "Delivered" status, please let us know immediately so we can open an investigation with An Post.
