I tried yesterday 15/12/25 to purchase a Samsung galaxy A16 phone on the the Vodafone website the first time I tried it was declined so I tried again and the purchase went through from my end anyway I didn't get a confirmation email about my purchase so I rang there customer service number which by the way is in India the person I spoke to told me that that my purchase didn't go through with them and it was the fault of my credit card company for letting the payment go through which I find ludicrous really he then explained to me that when I didn't know what I was doing that I should have went to one of their stores close to me the their staff are very courteous and they would have done it for me on line in the store I explained to him that I rang your store before I ordered online and was told the the offer was only on line so why would I go to your shop when the offer was only on line? This person couldn't answer me on this and really wouldn't let me talk at all to be honest the offer I was trying to purchase was to switch my network to Vodafone and get €100 off the phone he told me to ring my credit card company and get them to sort this out he wasn't very helpful at all to be honest so I will be not be moving to Vodafone and most certainly not being ever purchase anything from them again WHY HAVE YOU FALCE ADVERTISEMENT VODAFONE
