Have sent email/text about certain aspects of the watch operation and not received any reply

Did not receive in timely manner. I was not informed it had to go through customs. Will not order agsin

me I could go home as the testresults were not yet
available, but they would let me know.
The next day my daughter came over with a rapid
Covid test kit and I tested positif. Even though the
hospital did the Covid test, I still have to hear from
them. Unbelievable!
