Good product. Bad ordering and delivery process
Delivery and ordering process absolutely awful. Took over two months for the product to arrive. I am also surprised that the goods ever arrived. The details on the address label were totally different from those on your invoice. I think that I should have been told when I ordered the product that you didn't stock the item.

I ordered a rollator on 17th March I am still waiting I am old I don't know what I am doing I have tried to get in touch with you over a week I am getting very stressed I also sent back a rollator as I ordered the wrong one I have not heard about that one I have not had a refund

I revised this review as the problem we had was resolved, it was a maintenance issue which may have been a third party responsibility so this feels fairer as the product had no flaws initially
