H&C's Trees Anmeldelser

The entire pre-sales process was very simple and efficient. We requested for delivery and planting- this was organised by the team for the same day to minimise disruption.

On the delivery and planting day the team arrived and worked incredibly efficiently causing minimal disruption. We were very impressed with the professional approach and expertise. I purchased one too many trees based on their professional judgement and they were happy to return one of the trees and adjust the invoice accordingly. We were very happy with the quality of the work, overall result and sales process as a whole.

Excellent trees and really useful information about planting and care etc , very happy with my trees and will definitely be ordering more at some point! thank you guys!

I placed a rather large order of just under £2k but had a huge mix up with my wife who placed the same order with someone else. I didnt actually realise until the order my wife placed turned up on my front door. As you can imagine, this was very stressful. I immediately called up H&C praying my order could be cancelled and it was thankfully very straightforward with prompt communication and action. So although I didnt end up purchasing the trees, I am thankful for the excellent customer service. For that alone, I will ensure I make future purchases with H&C. Thanks Max!

Max delivered over 100 high quality, large plants to transform my garden space with new hedging. His pricing and communication were great, including useful updates and helpful flexibility around sizing. I've already made another order! And feel sure I will again. Thank you to Max and the H&C team

Just taken delivery of 5 more English Cherry Laurels.
This is the 3rd time we have purchased trees/hedging in the last 15 months from these guys.
They have nailed it with pricing, customer service and above all TOP QUALITY - no question is too much for Max.
If you are still reading and on the search for anything green for the garden, stop! You've found the place.

Easy communication with Max from the start. Great advice. Lovely quality x 12 standard Red Robin trees delivered and planted by Sam, Ed and Ny. Polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking even during a heavy downpour. Absolutely highly recommended.

Brilliant service . With great communication.
Highly recommended 🙌🏽

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication, friendly delivery and superb standard of trees! Highly recommended 🌳

From the start Max was very helpful in giving expert advice, we purchased 3 pleached Red Robin trees which are all doing very well after following the advice given. We are so pleased we are purchasing another. Would highly recommend.

Dealing with H & C Trees particularly with Max who helped me choose the type of trees and the number I required was very easy due to the knowledge and professionalism of himself. The 9 x Red Robin trees were 140cm to 160cm clear stem 2m to 2.25m full height.
The installation went ahead and Sam was very tidy and kept me informed of what he was doing and where he was placing them for me to agree. When all was completed he gave me loads of information on how to look after them. He left site very tidy and clean. I am now in the process of ordering 10 more and the same specifications. The trees look amazing seeing they were only planted in November and survived some extreme temperatures this winter. Very highly recommend H & C Trees Limited

Trees arrived as pictures and described
Good communication and delivery throughout
Thanks

We had 12 pleached red robin trees delivered from H&C Trees. They look lovely and are in good condition. There was a mix up on the delivery date but this was sorted and we were very happy with the trees, in fact we’ve ordered some more.

Great trees delivered as per the order. Communications around delivery were spot on too.

Great service, value and products. I ordered 2 Yew trees and they were tall and delivered in great condition.

Great experience with H&C’s Trees
I ordered 5 Photinia trees for my garden, trees arrived quickly and looking healthy.
Great communication with the guys who work there who also managed to arrange for one more tree to be delivered within the week

Great, responsive service from Max and his courier yesterday for my Red Robin delivery, and a beautiful tree that fits the description and space perfectly. Will purchase from H&C's Trees again. Recommended.

very helpful during the ordering & after care process.
healthy trees delivered carefully.
thoroughly recommend as returning customers !

I found Max to be very helpful and honest. I requested 3 Ligustrum Trees and some other laurels and red robins. The first batch of Ligustrums ordered were not so good, which I relayed to Max. Max kindly agreed to replace them free of charge. The second batch of Ligustrums were a lot nicer and I was impressed he wanted to go that extra distance for his customers. Would thoroughly recommend H and C Trees and will be using them again for my future projects. Good company with good values.

The H & C Trees team supply great quality specimen plants at competitive prices. Plants arrive looking healthy and well cared for at the nursery and during transit. Delivery cost is very reasonable and takes the stress out of getting plants home or to site without damage. Good communication throughout the ordering process. Once opened up and planted they make an instant impact in any garden project. Very highly recommended supplier.

Wonderful find this company, had exactly what I was looking for, at a brilliant price.

Communication was fantastic, I was kept fully aware throughout the buying and delivery process.

Plenty of choice, knowledgeable staff, wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
