I am very disappointed and feel compelled to share this experience to alert others.

I am extremely disappointed with HB Money Transfer, and I do not want to hear their name recommended anywhere again. Yesterday was my birthday, and I decided to surprise my children by sending money for them to celebrate in my absence. Unfortunately, it has been almost 24 hours, and the transfer is still pending.

Initially, I was told the money would be delivered by midnight, but up until now, the funds are still hanging, while they continue shifting the blame onto their partners.

UK authorities should step in to protect customers from this kind of unacceptable service. Why allow transfers through your app when you are aware that your partners in that country are experiencing issues? It appears profit is more important to them than customer convenience, and no one seems to hold them accountable for the stress and inconvenience caused.

Shame on the management of HB Money Transfer for handling customers this way.

HB money Transfer is reliable, if it's your first time using their service is good to upload your ID in order to make a transaction. Otherwise your transaction wil not go through. You Will be asked to provide a valid ID.
HB money Transfer has the highest rate for transaction.
Am very very satisfied with their service.

They're lying, the first transaction was made a month ago; I passed verification and was told there would be no further verification. In the end, for the second transaction, they asked for so much that I was completely lost, but I eventually provided everything. I argued and rowed with them for 10 days, and in the end they changed the status to ‘paid’ – I reckon they never actually sent the money in the end)
The scammers cheated me out of €1,350

Based on my personal experience,
I would not recommend using HB Money Transfer. I sent money through their service, but the funds were not delivered to the intended recipient.
Resolving the issue became extremely stressful and time consuming, and it took approximately two months before I was able to recover my money.
Even after repeated follow ups, the matter was only resolved after my bank became involved and pressured the company to process the refund.
In my opinion, the level of service and reliability was very disappointing. Customers should exercise caution when using this company for financial transactions, as my experience raised serious concerns about trustworthiness and efficiency.
