We’re very sorry to hear that 3 of your 6 plants arrived dried out and sadly appear to have died. We completely understand your disappointment, and we’re glad you’ve taken photographs of the plants that are struggling.
Please send the photographs to the team at customercare@hayloft.co.uk , who will be able to assess the situation and arrange a replacement for the plants that haven’t survived. We hope the remaining three recover and go on to thrive. 🌱
