Charged me £82! As a missed delivery, I didn’t ask how they were collecting why would I…. But they never advised I should have a fork lift truck!!!!
Discussed this point and they would not negotiate so asked for a refund, got this minus the £82
New company that send shipments to USA regular but have lost our potential future business thats a shame, not even given a chance…..shows it would have been more issues at our cost

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.
For pallet collections, it is standard that suitable loading facilities are available at the collection point, such as a forklift or equivalent, unless a tail-lift service is specifically requested at the time of booking. Without this, drivers are unable to safely load heavier consignments, such as a 100kg pallet.
The failed collection charge was applied based on the vehicle attending as booked and being unable to complete the collection under the provided conditions. That said, we do appreciate your feedback regarding how this requirement was communicated and recognise this could have been clearer.
We would also like to clarify that Haulable is not a new company. We are part of a wider group with nearly 40 years of experience handling international shipments, including regular movements to the USA.
We’re sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations on this occasion and regret that we’ve lost the opportunity to work with you moving forward.

If only I could give 0 stars or even a minus score that would still flatter this absolute disgrace of a company.
I booked a 5 day service from the UK to the USA and it took 41 days. They have charged me twice for customs clearance (one has just been refunded) and charged me 70.27 for a failed collection. Driver stated he was here 15 minutes but was absolutely not and he tried to call me multiple times, again he absolutely did not. My neighbour said i would be 2 minutes and the driver said i haven't got time for this and drove off, (I was in the toilet).
All in all this shipment has been a disaster and Haulable simply do not care, I could have had sea freight at a fraction of the cost and it actually probably would have got to the USA quicker.
Avoid this company is my suggestion as i have been very badly let down and have had absolutely no accountability from them whatsoever.

We’re very sorry to read your review and understand how frustrating this experience has been, particularly given the extended transit time and the issues you’ve outlined. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the disruption caused.
With regards to the customs charges, we can confirm that this was identified and refunded from our side within the same day.
In terms of the transit time, there were several delays outside of our direct control, including arranging the POA, duties being paid, and issues at loading which impacted the scheduled flight departures. While these factors contributed to the delay, we fully recognise that the overall experience has fallen well below expectations.
In relation to the failed collection charge, this would have been applied based on the driver’s report and attempted contact at the time. However, we do understand your account of events and appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been from your side.
We take all feedback seriously and are continuing to review this internally to ensure improvements are made moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise again for the experience you’ve had

The Igloo, was extremely well wrapped and protected from the elements and I found your Company to be very experienced and a delight to buy from!
Just cannot wait to see it erected and being disabled with really bad mobility I’m so looking forward to being out in it when the sun has gone down and I’m cosy in my garden house, with my darling Bonnie Cavapoo on my knee.

We’re very sorry to hear you feel this way and understand how frustrating a failed collection can be. Having reviewed your account, you have booked four shipments with us, three of which were collected and delivered successfully and on time.
There was one shipment where the initial collection failed. We arranged a re-attempt for the next working day, however the site was closed when the driver attended, and the order was then cancelled as requested.
We have also tried to contact you by phone this morning to discuss this with you directly but were unfortunately unable to reach you.

I believe that having access to one or two customer service reps by phone would be a huge plus. For my business I need instant responses, waiting for emails sometimes means I miss out on bookings or cannot up date my clients quickly enough. It's often hard or impossible to reach haulable by phone.

Do not trust this company
One of the worst transport companies my company has used I have been told multiple times they are picking my items up and don’t bother and keep making excuses even though they have been paid for it. Customer never received his Ad Blue before Christmas and now you cannot get a response out of them. Scammers poor poor service.

Work closely with National Pallets both of them are con artists. I don’t believe any of the reviews on here are genuine. They charge you to pick up pallets, then make excuses as to why they cannot deliver them. They claim the street has no access apart from vehicles weighing less than 7.5t. What a load of rubbish there isn’t a road sign in sight saying that.
Next one: different delivery. ‘We can’t get access to the road where the business pick-up is,’ even though we have multiple trucks visiting us daily, and we sent them proof of the road access to the site. They apologise and say they’ll resend the vehicle out, then try to charge you again as they claim it was a failed delivery attempt. Yet it’s their fault the delivery attempt never happened. It’s just a scam to get more money out of you.
Avoid this business like the plague — they’re not trustworthy.

We want to be clear that Haulable is not a pallet network itself, nor do we set out to apply charges unfairly or mislead customers. We work with established pallet networks and transport partners to fulfil collections and deliveries booked through us or via third-party brokers.
With regard to access restrictions, decisions around vehicle access are made by the operating carrier and driver on the day based on vehicle size, road layout, safety considerations, and local authority restrictions — not solely on the presence of road signage. Even where other vehicles attend a site, this does not always mean a pallet vehicle can safely or legally access the location, and this is something we rely on the carrier to assess.
Failed collection or delivery charges are not applied by Haulable arbitrarily. Where a charge is raised, it is passed on by the network or carrier following an attempted movement that could not be completed. We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when you believe access should not have been an issue, and we do review and challenge these charges with our partners where appropriate.
We strongly refute the suggestion that this is a scam or that reviews left by other customers are not genuine. We work hard to resolve issues when they arise and value transparency and fairness in how we operate.
That said, we acknowledge that your experience has been a poor one, and for that we are sorry. If you are willing, we would welcome the opportunity to review your specific jobs in detail and address the points raised.
