Recently (Thurs 2nd Jan), I had a fall on the 2.30pm,133bus Maghull to Kirkby, The Driver + passengers went Above+Beyond to help me, I would like to Thank Them All for their help + Concern,

Bad experience with this firm. Wouldn’t recommend . Didn’t act on my best interest . Very disappointed.

Harassing phone calls and not willing

Lady Sadiha Malik, very helpful and support when we Discussed our knotweed issue claim, feel I can get in touch anytime, she is very Professional and understanding she is fantastic and explained everything well and made us feel less stressed, we still waiting on them to come back with respond on very stressful case , we have been bullied and they are trying to get claim from us, many thanks Lady Sadiha, and will always recommend the Hattonslaw , very good solicitors firm,

Funny how I keep getting calls considering they’re permanently closed!

Unsolicited contact (details from 3rd party?), agent claimed that Hattons was the only company in the entire UK that is RSA (surely the meant SRA?) approved to deal with plevin claims. Given this false information I would be very reluctant to deal with this company!

SRA website also states "This firm is closing. It is still regulated to provide services to existing clients. You can contact it with any queries."

We had a legal issue that needed to be dealt with promptly. It was carried out by Leonie Adams in a very professionally and friendly caring manner, everything was explained along the way. The receptionist was also kind and caring towards us both .

I have no idea who these people are or how they have got my details - seems like phishing. Asking for security details etc.

Handled to them a claim for eneRGy supply and they've been very unresponsive, slow and disorganized.

Matter was dealt with by customer services who acted professionally on my behalf, which I ver much appreciated.

Very good from start to finish,always informing me of anything and updating me every time there was something new,definitely recommend them

Received at least 4 inbound calls within 2 days regarding a supposed loan application I'd applied for. I told the first agent their information was incorrect. The following 3 calls were horrendous with the agents interrupting me and talking over me so much I asked for copies of all the calls and documents signed and haven't heard from them since. A clear case off harressment

Just had a text regarding my PPI Claim there suppose to be handling, Funny thing is I handled all the PPI Claims I had myself to save on fees and have never submitted a claim with them

Constant bombardment of emails asking me to sign my pelvin agreement…. Never even heard of them … don’t trust and avoid …. Spam

Spamming my text and emails about legal paperwork for a claim needing my signature! Have Not instructed them or ever even heard of them and am definitely not following any links!

Looked at their website with possible interest in getting help on PPI payments. Have been hounded by them ever since, in spite of unsubscribing. If I hear from them again, I will report to the ICO for privacy breaches.

Unsolicited and unwanted correspondence from these regarding my 'Plevin claim'. Never heard of either. Has been ongoing for a while - no number attached to text so can't block it. I refuse to click on any links in emails so have set them as spam.
