Vincent Loveland and the team at Hatton Garden Jeweller are amazing. I have made 4 purchases with them since 2019 (an engagement ring, two wedding bands, a bracelet) and they have also performed extensive repair work on a very old sapphire engagement ring that belonged to my partner's grandmother. Vincent has also offered various free services alongside these purchases which has been much appreciated and saved hundreds of pounds compared to going elsewhere.

In every case, we have been blown away by the quality of the product and the service & price for each has been incredible. Vincent is so personable and friendly, and the prices are far cheaper than any other quote I got from Hatton Garden (and I literally spend an entire weekend getting quotes from pretty much every store).

Hatton Garden Jeweller do not have a storefront - instead, appointments can be made via their website or by email/phone. The lack of a storefront allows them to save a significant amount on overheads and as a result, the prices are much lower than anywhere else. However, even compared to the other similar businesses in Hatton Garden, Vincent consistently came in at the cheapest price.

This is my first review on here which I hope reflects how happy I am with this service.

Brilliant experience with Hatton Garden Jeweller. Clearly knew what they were talking about, much more so than other businesses in the area. I had a fairly specific request for an engagement ring and a strict deadline of needing it on the same day. They managed to make it happen with impressive speed. Girlfriend (now fiancee) was absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the ring and diamond.

I went to Vincent and his team about 2 years ago for an engagement ring for my soon to be ‘ Wife ‘ , I was quite nervous about the whole situation but after seeing Vince I really need not have been . Vince was very pleasant to deal with , explained everything thoroughly , assisted me to bespoke design the ring and most importantly I didn’t feel any pushy sales nonsense .
The ring was made absolutely perfectly and since then we have been back for our wedding rings which again have been designed and made with such beautiful craftsmanship.

This was my second visit to Vincent and his team to have a bespoke platinum diamond ring made, and I returned because they did such a brilliant job the first time.
