I had a wonderful experience working with Vince and the Hatton Jeweler team. They customized a beautiful engagement ring that my fiancé loves. It couldn't have been a better experience! 10/10

Vincent was a true professional in guiding us through a bespoke engagement ring and wedding bands. We felt reassured with the service as we could see other bespoke jewellery being made in the workshop where we met Vincent.
We were able to discuss designs and diamond settings and given the identity of each piece in certificates and markings on the jewellery. We had complete confidence in Vincent's knowledge and expertise and the pieces were fabulous when we picked them up. I would not hesitate in recommending the Hatton Garden Jeweller, Vincent and the team for their customer services and fantastic jewellery and we look forward to purchasing more jewellery in the future. Do not trust this jeweler to care for anything that has personal value to you. Poor professionalism and utter lack of accountability.

On December 15 I brought an heirloom gold and sapphire necklace that had belonged to my grandmother to Hatten Garden Jewelers to have the chain repaired. The team accepted the repair and took full payment for the job.

I took a photo of the receipt for safekeeping, which had been an acceptable proxy when I picked up several completed repairs in 2019.

Due to a tragic loss in my family (my dad recently died of a sudden cardiac arrest at 57), I was away from London in the US longer than expected to make funeral arrangements. Due to these unforeseen circumstances I was not able to return to the shop until February to collect the item.

Leaving the shop just now, I’m shocked at how my case was handled. The team LOST the piece of jewelry that they had been tasked to repair. Instead of apologizing or making amends, the owner insisted it was my fault that I could not produce the paper receipt. The only explanation he could provide is that someone likely stole my receipt and picked up the necklace without my knowledge in the months while I was away.

It became clear that his team have no record keeping mechanism to track whether an order has been completed or delivered apart from whether that piece of jewelry is - or is not - in a certain shoebox in the center of their studio. They also have no check in place to make sure that the person who is picking up the jewelry is who they say they are. When I suggested that perhaps for high value items like this one it would be appropriate for them to verify a form of identification before handing it over, I was scoffed at and told that my receipt is the only “binding contract needed between them as a business and me as a customer”. It’s worth noting that the receipt itself has no information or guiding instructions about the terms of this supposed “binding contract”.

Looking at his watch, the owner then criticized me for waiting so long to come back. In response to my explanation of why it took longer for me to return than initially expected, cruelly, the owner responded “everyone’s parents die. Thats not my problem”.

Im in tears at this point, crying openly in front of the owner, who refuses to offer any gesture of kindness. He continues to insist that I am at fault for the disappearance of the necklace. That without the paper version of the receipt he has no obligation to me.

I am well aware that mistakes happen. I myself am fallible and am the first to admit that. What I find unforgivable about my experience today is not the fact that a piece of jewelry that my family holds dear was lost. What is truly disappointing was the lack of compassion or humanity that was extended to me at a moment of grief, when this jeweler, in fact, was in the wrong.

Vincent was genuine and a lovely man. He took time to discuss the ring and diamond we were looking for. He has made my fiancé very happy with her beautiful ring exactly how she wanted it. Can’t recommend Vincent enough! He was a great find and will be going back for our wedding bands! Riz and Kat xxx

My wife’s engagement ring lost its ruby and I took it to Vincent and his team. They refitted a beautiful ruby and refurbished the ring. It’s looks amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had such good service, very personal. I cannot recommend Vincent and his team at Hatton Garden Jeweller enough.

The whole experience with Vincent was excellent - from chatting through ideas and desiging the ring to picking the diamonds and the final product. We needed the band to be amended slightly for size and width and he turned this round on the same day - couldn't ask for better service and look forward to going back to pick the wedding bands!

I needed an engagement ring to propose to my [now] fiancé and with quite a niche idea for what I wanted I knew I needed to come to Hatton Garden. With so many jewellers in the area however it was hard to know where to start, after visiting a couple of jewellers and not feeling comfortable that they could either achieve what I was after, or that it was a reasonable price (and in one case slight concern over leaving the family diamond with them) I discovered Vincent at Hatton Garden Jeweller and all my problems swiftly disappeared. Vincent made me feel at home and talked me through the process, answering the many questions I had and helped me with designing the bespoke piece I had in mind - using the CAD to give me two options and advising on which may be best to go with. Once the design was set, the piece was finished in good time and looks spectacular and just as I had imagined. Initially the band was quite small and Vincent resized it for me free of charge before the big day, and resized it again after the big day to make it slightly smaller to fit on my fiancés finger perfectly - again free of charge. Would highly recommend visiting Hatton Garden Jeweller if you’re stuck for where to start when looking for a jeweller in Hatton Garden. We’ll certainly be heading back there for our wedding bands!

Amazing jeweller who takes great care and passion not only on the jewellery but the customer too - even delivering the engagement ring to the savoy hotel on the day in secret :)

Our initial experience of us visiting Vince at his workshop in Hatton Garden, immediately confirmed to us we had chose an expert jeweller to design the ring and we certainly wasn’t disappointed with the final result, being within budget and on time and made to the highest quality.

We would highly recommend Vince’s services to anyone, who is looking to have a bespoke piece of jewellery made for a very special person, as neither of you will be disappointed with the result.

I wish I could go here more often,unfortunately,jewellery is not something I buy every week….but,whenever I need an item re-designed ,altered ,polished or fixed etc.,at a very fair price,this is the only address that enters my mind.,..a more friendly,pleasant and professional atmosphere would be difficult to find ,all underpinned by the charismatic Vincent and his team.
I took in 2 ‘Cartier Trinity Bracelets’ that I wanted altering from customary black cord to a double gold link chain with an easy to manage fastener …it looks just fabulous…better than I imagined ..and my wife is understandably thrilled with her new gift.

Since meeting Vincent last April I have had 5 separate pieces made including: an engagement ring, two wedding bands (successful proposal in the bag), and two different (but equally excellent) diamond necklaces.

Vincent has been on hand to offer expert advice and patient guidance throughout each purchase. His tolerance of my extreme disorganisation has also been warmly received as I almost always needed everything made extremely quickly, which he was always happy to help with.

I've recommended him to pretty much everyone I know who wants to buy some beautifully made jewellery and even some who had no plans to do so.

The world of diamond purchasing can be a daunting place but Vincent made it (almost too) easy and enjoyable.

Having read a significant number of jeweller reviews from across quite a few UK Feedback websites, the name Vincent Loveland and his "Hatton Garden Jeweller" company kept coming up, in a highly positive fashion. On that basis, we approached Vincent to make the rings for us. Vincent and his Team did not disappoint. They were helpful, patient, incredibly supportive and the quality of their work was First Class. If ever we have any further need for bespoke jewelry, we no longer need to search. We will go straight back to the Hatton Garden Jeweller, as we 100% know that we will be well looked after and get an exceptional level of service from Vincent and his Team.
