Account id 1344243053 last 7 months I am facing connectivity issues no has took my concern seriously and last 3 days I was not able to browse customer care no getting not in service I have raised complain on Hathway app still not resolved completely worst experience this month is my last I will not use any more this Hathway broadband there no care of customers

we have been trying to move where the router is from one room to another for the past 15 days, we called 5 times in these 15 days and everytime the only solution they could provide is "raise a ticket on the app or website" finally after the 15 days when someone shows up he says he forgot a drill and will come back later in the day and never showed up. their support is unreliable and I've been facing down time for the past 15 days, half of this month that I've paid for has been wasted and if we delay the montly payment by even one day they completely stop the internet, what sort of anti-consumer service is this

They threatened me to pay the router cost of Rs 2500 when I was abroad, and I paid the same details below.

Now I'm back in India and requested to restore the connection and now they say I need to pay Rs 607 for a month saying they supply the router free ignoring my router payment. I sent an email, but they haven't responded yet.

Worst Internet Service. Multiple time Internet disconnected. no one their to resolved complaint. interested in just collect bill time to time. no value for customer. Worst Worst Worst.....

Hathway is a worst internet service provider in Delhi so don't take connection. My internet stopped working from 2 days, I registered complaints but not fixed yet. I called many times on your customer care number 02243764600 & 9167114444 but didn't connect. customer care service is also worst.
I have last option to go consumer Court, I lost my hard earn money ₹1416.
Hathaway is the worst service provider in India. I'm feeling very regret to take your connection.

I've been using Hathway for more than 2.5 years. Initially the Hathway customer service was too good. But after this migjam cyclone I lost broadband connection. I agree due to cyclone the electricity and broadband line may got affected. But it was still not resolved and it crossed more than 17 days. In my area even other broadband network like Jio, Airtel xstream, Act were working fine within 3 days from the natural disaster. Whenever I tried to reach technician the call was either busy or switched off. Even not able to reach customer support and the IVR suggested to chat with AI diva which is completely useless. By luck I've reached support for 3-4 times every time the representative want us to allow one more day of time so that they technicians will reach me. But I've been for their call for more than 3 days. Not able to cancel this network also... Really fed-up with this one ..

PLEASE DON'T GET HATHWAY PLEASE ITS A SCAM BUSINESS THEY DON'T RESPOND TO MY REQUESTS, THEY LIED AND TOOK EXTRA PAYMENT FROM ME.
Once you give these thiefs your number, its over, you will get calls till your number exists on the earth. Please don't. Pay more for an alternative service, its worth it trust me. I wanna get a restraining order. This business is owned by reliance. I didn't know they also stoop this low. Wish there was zero stars.

I’ve been promised of offers and I never got them, I’ve been trying to call and highlight the concern and the problem still persist since the executive just listen to my complaint and hang up the call again I call again I’ve to repeat and again they hang up, now the call is also not getting connected. Firstly they gave me offer of 3 months with additional 1 month complimentary and right after three months they asked me to renew it, innocent me I dint release it’s just three months and 4th complimentary month I’ve not utilised, lately again they gave an offer of 1 month with additional 5 days complimentary, and right after completion of 1 month they are constantly calling for the renewal. I briefed them 1000 times about the plan, they say it’s not there in my package which clearly proves that their employees are just fooling the customers just to buy their services. It’s clearly unacceptable behaviour from each one of them. They all are fraud who are representing HATHWAY. I want my 1 month + 5 days comp any how.

I did not recharge in the first place because their service and Internet connectivity is not good but I kept receiving multiped calls and gave false promise telling the internet connectivity issue is fixed and their customer care is improved. I once again made a huge mistake by renewing the account but the service was not activated its been 3days plus days when I reach the customer care they disconnect the call because am looking for immediate resolution which they are not ready to provide. Currently no internet no update when this will be fixed. The worst and bad Broadband provider with lots of false promises to offer to sell his product. AC: 1326224065

Though I do not want to comment about the network quality. Their support is worst in case of any technical faults or shifting internally. If you call them for assistance, they would ask to cancel the connection if not happy but will not expedite or work on our request. THE WORST support in INDIA is HATHWAY. People who are with commitment and working from home, please stay away from HATHWAY.

literally the worst customer service. Every month, they increase their bill. There was no proper response from their side. This is how they treat the customer. Compared to other services, they provide a proper response and maintain their customers. Their customer service makes me feel bad for their product.

Customer service is really worst, Data support is good,After collecting the router,they will ask for reason for cancellation.Worst customer service I have ever seen,worst response they doesn’t even for mails

I suggest Plz no one can used this Wifi connection there is no option to help they didn't help they are not able to help there tecnical department didn't come home to solve the issue customer care person disconnected the call without help I'm facing speed problem but they didn't ready to solve it they Just ignore public call plz don't waste your time to this network

Speed and service thing is good from Hathway side thats the good thing.... The worst part is customer care when we call them we wont get the proper resolution and the customer care agents used to call us 10+ days prior to the due date to pay the amount for next month.... I used to get minimum 8 to 10 calls daily so thats the reason I disconnected the broadband service from Hathway.... Even after disconnecting the service they used to call us with new offers to continue the connection.... It feels like they are torturing us to pay the amount.... I would recommend if you want to go for hathway broadband then you should prepare your mind to take calls even in your busy schedules or you have to block all the calls as and when you get it to help others so that the call gets blocked autometically....

Receiving too many calls from the agents for renewal, I've already explained that Iam working for night shifts and I don't want to receive any calls from hathway, As Iam not using hathway broadband connection I gave it to my neighbors and gave their mobile number as well to update on your records, still there is no use.. And you guys are worst, I never experienced such a worst customer support, Such a rude agents, I spoke to one girl from hathway support agent today, her name is Shwetha
(+919620501964). Unfortunately she is just an agent but she is talking like a CEO of hathway, very rude being as an agent this is not right way to deal with the customers, please give her proper training and take an immediate action, such a pathetic services, I don't want to receive any calls from Hathway again

Worst customer care I've ever seen . Same issue takes 4 working days to solve and they take the payment before service .

This is the worst company in any form i have come across. Their service people are rude. I stopped using their service. my nightmare started. for the last one month at least six calls a day from different phone numbers. even you block it, they always call from a new number every time. no messages, no mails, only calls, calls, calls. Do they expect the customer to use their service, by torturing them to the core. Ridiculous. actually i tried another broadband for a month. but now decided, i would never comeback to Hathway. Never ever deal with this service.

Again i fell for their unethical fraudulent practice. So many agents, making false promises, you will never deal with the same person twice. every time they will deal you in different way to get to charge you. I lost Rs.399/-, yes the amount may be small, but the fake, temporary marketing agents, may be numbering 150.

Harasing Harasing Harasing ... I wanna comitt suicide ... they are calling 25 times a day just because i am not renewing their plan 🙏🏻🙏🏻 if i am dead .. please just file a case against this cheapster company.

Stop calling me please its already more than 5 year. I dont need your services . Do not take their service else they will keep calling you for more service . They are harrasing so much . I will have to go legal and this is the only option remained
