Order placed on August 10, 2025 — never received.
Despite repeated follow-ups, neither Hastingsville nor UPS has provided a concrete solution. The UPS tracking has been stuck for over a month, the package was never delivered or returned, and I keep receiving the same vague answers.

As a customer, I have no way to open a claim with UPS — it is the seller’s responsibility. Hastingsville has failed to take accountability, leaving me with a $64.20 order that was never delivered and a tracking status that has never changed.

A professional company should:
• Immediately open a claim with the carrier,
• Refund or reship the order without delay,
• Provide clear written updates.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will escalate to consumer protection authorities and continue warning other buyers.

I love the jars. My only criticism is that it's difficult to determine their true size just by the pictures shown, even with the millimeters indicated. Once they arrive, I find they're always either smaller or bigger than anticipated. But I continue to love the Weck jars better than any others.

My order was shipped quickly and everything was packaged well! I was hesitant to order because I've had bad experiences where items were not secured well enough and broke in transit but all my jars were packed securely. Highly recommend Hastingsville and I would definitely reorder again!
