Only giving one star because I cannot give lower.

This company is not to be trusted. It took over a month to receive the item I ordered. By then, I had asked multiple times for the order to be cancelled and refunded. I was refused and told the item was in transit. Now they say that they cannot take it back. They are offering me $5. I paid over $50. In the interim, I ordered the same thing from Amazon and got it in two days. Finished my project. Skip them.

I ordered the 100 pieces of Blue Camellia Floor Cleaning Tablets Floor & Tile Cleaner. It took over a month for them to come in and there were NO TABLETS IN THE ENVELOPE, just blue sheets of paper. No smell, like they said it would have, does NOT clean the floor or toilet. I want my money back. At first, they wanted to send me $3.00, then 6.00, and now they just wanted to send me $9.00 for a good gesture. I want my full payment back, not a gesture.

I was kept up to date on international shipping process so wasn’t in the dark about the lengthy time for delivery. Product was as advertised.

Easy to order and pay for product

I ordered 3 solar light that looked amazing. I paid $94.94, yes, expensive but the advertisement on Instagram made the lights look very large and made of glass. After 45 days of waiting they showed up, a fraction of the size and made of cheap plastic and one was broken. I will not downgrade our property with these cheap little lights. I asked to return, they said I'm responsible for international shipping but wont supply me with instructions to return. They did however offer me $8 back, then $16. Now after 9 days of back and forth emails. They said that all they can do is offer me a $24 dollar credit. So dumb. $94.94 divided by 3 lights = $31.65. They should at the very least credit me that amount for the one broken light. I've never felt so catfished and scammed.

I just used it once but the cream is thick and rich.

Products as described. Shipping took a bit.

The weeder is wonderful, but not as easy to use as I expected.

SO many things went wrong. It took AN ENTIRE MONTH to receive!! Fake-looking plastic blooms and a different shade from the one shown. And expensive! I am sooo disappointed!
PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO MAKE A RETURN!!!

Ridiculous responses on package being delivered. Was told to check with neighbors and use the tracking number they said was USPS number. My local postmaster look at it and told me it was not even close to a legit tracking number. He even went to his office computer and said it was a useless number.
What a complete scam. Guess I got taken.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Waited a month for Valentine heart-shaped gemstones. What I received is nowhere close to what was advertised and bottom line they are unusable. Customer service is an absolute joke and has refused any type of refund more than $3-$8 which is of course completely unacceptable. RUN AWAY!! If it would have let me give 0 or negative stars, I would have. 1 is too generous!

Rip off!! Do not order from Hassignment!! I placed an order for 500 seeds of cornflowers, and received 2 small packs of about 20 seeds!!! Email address is now dead. Do not order from Hassignment!!!

I placed an order with them on 1/21. I started emailing with the company on 2/11 since I had not received the product yet. I asked for a refund and they sent me a bogus email saying the package was in a city I don't live in and I needed to go to my local post office to retrieve it. When I explained I didn't live in that city where the package supposedly was, they said they wre sorry for the unsuccessful delivery but that they delivered to the address I gave them. I double checked my original email from them which has my correct shipping address. Total scam.

ordered valentine's for my daughter. they were all misspelled and not as pictured. refused a full refund and offered $3 when i paid over $40. also shipping took several weeks.

I asked for a refund as soon as the order was placed and they responded immediately saying it was too late. I asked for the order to be canceled and they said they would do what they could.. 2 days later the order shipped.. I get scam vibes from this company

I ordered a product 2 months before, Christmas still haven't received the package and it's the 9th of January.!!! They said it would be delivered before Christmas!! Worst company. I will never buy from them again ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Got the cyber clown mask and I got a cheap mask with no hair. Worst ever. Dont believe what you see on Instagram.

Do not use this company. They overcharged me for a product, have not returned the overcharge and will not accept the return. Absolutely dishonest and scammers.

I never received my order they kept sending tracking updates and then said it was delivered I have been back and forth with them over my order.
I am filing a compliant with the BBB and fraud center.

Very disappointed with this company, representing Reismeyuier. Bought products from them and it took almost a month to receive. Once received, the shirts were poorly made. I have been trying to return these shirts and just keep getting the run around and still have no resolution. They are in China and it takes a day for someone to return your email and they respond when we are asleep. DO NOT BUY from them!
