It came with no problems

I was concerned, as it was taking so long to receive the items, but they finally did arrive a few days ago.
There is a problem though. One of the units, magnetic fly tying tool arrived broken. The little piece that protrudes by the magnet is broken. I'm guessing that the tool will not function correctly with this part broken. Can you please send me a replacement. I can send a photo, but can't figure out how to attach it.

Easy to use works well nice case that it came in as well, all different sizes or different guns that’s fantastic

good communication about the status of my order

I am having a terrible time with the support staff. It seems I'm really trying to deal with an inept robot. The item I ordered was severely damaged in transit. They said they want photos which have twice been sent but they continually deny having received. They offered in "compensation" a paltry $6 on a $75 order. I am disputing the charge with Visa today. My advice: do not order anything from this company.

Merchandise takes to long to arrive. Shirts are thin and have no substance.

Buyer Beware I ordered the sunglasses in the middle of March of 2026 and it is now the end of July and I don't have my order or a refund of my purchase which I have repeatedly asked for. The customer service sounds like A.I. which repeatedly tells me that the order was delivered, however, it was not. They sent me a copy of a shipping label with no shipper listed and tracking information that does not identify a shipper. They told me to check with my local postal service and when I contact my local postmaster, I read to the the information on the "shipping label" they informed my the address was not complete and in those case the item would be returned. So this company has stolen my $60+. Do not order from them.

What they don't tell you in their advert is that the product ships from Germany so don't expect it too arrive as fast as some other company might deliver a similar product.

These are really beautiful lights tracking was efficient, I cannot wait to put them up and they were already working when I receive them without even sunlight in the box LOL

I like the toys but it was hard to get information on tracking. I was worried the order was not coming.

I was disappointed with the size of the brush. I tried it on my vents and fan but I felt I was cleaning more than the brush. I will use it.

Multi hook ups in one place.

After I ordered I saw charges that I didn't order 2...just one. Then there was an insurance fee, I didn't want...no option to op out. It turned out to be a lot $$ then it was supposed to be. Luckily I did it through pay pal. I was refunded to pay pall, but 2 dollars was still kept out. Then I started receiving updates of my order. Luckily I had the emails from the cancellation. Apparently they already shipped it. So it's arrived but I've not tried it yet. I will say the email responses were quick***** stars for that communication

Although it seemed like it took forever to get here, I was continuously kept up to date on the status of my shipment. I knew where it was every day. That was a huge plus.

I only received my package yesterday.. the package, however, was badly damaged. However, the product inside miraculously was not may need to figure out a better way to ship these products. And I have no way of knowing how they work. Because I just received them yesterday. And it was late when I got home. So maybe I'll update again later. The product seems pretty small. Compared to the advertisement in my opinion
