Great Holywood Store
I visited the Holywood store with my young grandson. We were welcomed but not hassled as we browsed and tried out a great range of recliner chairs.
Kevin was a very caring helpful member of staff who served us when required, explaining everything in great detail.
The chair we purchased was delivered by 2 very kind and helpful young men. I was able to track the van so I had no need to sit in all morning. Thank you to all!

Great service from start to finish
Staff knowledge and friendliness in store helped us to choose the right bed and sofas for us.The delivery staff were also excellent, they arrived on time, built the bed and sofa efficiently, they were friendly and professional. On Time, Efficient and Professional
Very friendly professional staff who immediatley put me at ease as it was clear they had the knowledge to be able assist with my purchase and recommmend appliance to suit my needs. Apologie to Harvey Norman!
I previously posted a ‘not too great review’ after purchasing a Dyson cordless vacuum because I saw it elsewhere substantially cheaper. Turns out I (unintentionally) wasn’t comparing like for like, which obviously isn’t fair. They were very nice to deal with so couldn’t leave things the way they were.
