Mario was an amazing guy serving us. Helped a lot! This guy deserves a raise:) Jokes aside Mario offered me and my dad a wonderful experience at the shop. Definetly shopping here again!

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my recent order through Harvey Norman. I initially ordered a 13" MacBook cover but, unfortunately, received a 15" cover instead. I tried phoning the Merry Hill Store several times to resolve the issue, but each time my call was cut off. Eventually, I emailed-and they arranged for the incorrect cover to be collected and assured me that the right item would be posted out once they received the return.

I had previously submitted a review detailing my experience and was contacted by Harvey Norman by phone with an offer of a £5 e-voucher if I removed my negative review, which i did. They assured me that I would receive the e- voucher no later than Tuesday evening, but I have yet to receive anything.

Given the circumstances, and the lack of follow-through on the promised e- voucher, I feel it’s important to share this review to reflect the level of poor customer service I received. NB. The exchange was not suitable and a refund is being organised.

Matthew was extremely helpful in providing an excellent service. He helped me pick out a product appropriate to my needs, and also provided good advice on accessories including a screen protector. Thank you so much!

The sales advisor Faris was a nice friendly helpful person he knew what he was selling could tell us the difference between the TV models what was good about each one so we could decide which one we preferred .

Gary and Maisie were really helpful sorting our purchases for us. The deals on offer were great and they helped us to find exactly what we needed and processed it all smoothly.

My wife and I were very pleased to meet Caleb at the Merry Hill store today. What a delightful young man. He had brilliant product knowledge and answered all our questions in a friendly and informative manner. Caleb provided what can only be described as an outstanding experience. We are delighted with our purchases and even more delighted with the service. Caleb’s team is highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality furniture purchase in the West Midlands. I went to the store for the first time wanting to buy a new TV and Bradley provided me with excellent customer service

I purchased LG TV at Merry Hill store, because of salesman: Sufail, who was considerate in his approach, and I liked that, so I bought it on the spot.

Staff have been very helpful and informative Jordan with the air fryer and Mohammed and his knowledge of TVs

Today we were helped by Macey who did a brilliant job in informing us to make a decision on which coffee machine we wanted. She took her time demonstrating and explaining the machines to us and offered us a competitive price.

Gary, Matthew and Veronika in the Merry Hill store were extremely helpful, informative and patient during my purchase of an Iphone 17 Pro Max. The customer service from them & their attention to detail was amazing, definitely will be purchasing my devices from this store from now on

It was really calm and relaxing experience. Precious was really nice and helpful, he was very polite. Generally, a really nice guy.
I would have put 6 stars but only allowed 5.

My experience was excellent and the best aspect was sales assistant Jayden he was great from start to finish explaining the difference between products clear advice and showed a wealth of knowledge . Good choice of tv's.

Ordered 3 Italian leather sofas in August 2025 - still No delivery date as of 25.3.26! Very poor communication - been into the store every couple of weeks since December always promise to chase with supplier and get back to us but never do.
AVOID!!!!!
26.3.26 Just been informed re a mistake with a wrong code and there is no order in the system for our 3 sofa’s and the colour of leather we ordered has been discontinued! We have to choose again and wait another 24 weeks for delivery- why has it taken so long HN to tell us this when we have been into the store at least 12 times!

I didn't feel pressurised to make a purchase the assistant was very helpful & nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her.
We purchased a washing machine which the assistant took time to go through all the different programs & settings with us.This is the 2nd purchase i've made at Harvey Norman & both times i've been very inpressed with the customer service.

Knowledge of the sales person, very good . I never knew you could be measured for a pillow
I brought the pillow and since I have used it I have not had a stiff neck when I get up in the morning
