Went into the store at merry hill & they couldn't have been more helpful. Got ourselves a couple of bargains as well. Highly recommend.

I purchased an iPad + accessories from Harvey Norman’s. I was helped in my choice by Mario who was knowledgeable and extremely supportive.
As I struggle with technology I was grateful for his advice the technology desk transferred my data from my old iPad onto the new one. This was done by Shawn who also did a great job.
Thanks to everyone at this store, what a fantastic group you are. Your company should be very proud of you all.
I would recommend this company for the care I received.
I would like to mention that the sofas and household goods brilliant, with a wide choice.

Service was immaculate from order to delivery. Special mention to Jazmin, Holly and Curtis for the last minute changes to my order and making everything seamless. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Unexpected visit and spoke to Demi from technology, very polite and knowledgeable and good discussion and guidance. End up getting few things sadly she was not available when I went back. Lovely customer service

Very disappointed after paying for a kettle advertised on line,to be told the next day that I am been refunded for the item.ehy advertised an item that you don't seem to have...

1st off, I was left alone for a good chunk of time. Nothing worse than being hounded as soon as you walk into an area. Approached by Gary, who was thorough, methodical and patient. Willing to listen and didnt upsell me something I didnt need. He sweetened the deal and I left a happy man

We were served by Gary and Melissa really helpful and knowledgeable it was my first purchase of a smart phone. I was talked through the various options and even put my simm into a display phone to show how easy it was. Hi there went in to the Harvey Narman store in merry hill we were greeted by Gary from tech and under no pressure he gave us valuable information about the goods we we’re interested in we were at ease with him a Excellent sales man nice guy cheers Gary. Then we went to Mathew to set up the goods we purchased a very bright young and very good at his job he was polite with customers and able to answer Al questions thanks Mathew
