Really responsive. App system really good for monitoring progress. Staff really helpful. Would use again.

Kept in regular contact and kept us updated of the whole house purchase process. They responded quickly and clearly to any queries we had as well as making us feel we were important. They were really caring and helpful when we were having problems.

Outstanding. Corey and his team who managed the sale and purchase was absolutely amazing. Their communication and constant updates on the status of both the sale and purchase via their app is excellent as you are able to see exactly where you are within the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Harvey Bakers, especially Corey and his team. 11 out of 10!

Excellent communication with swift responses. Lease Extension seemed seamless. Thank you again, Harvey Baker!

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and always helpful. The CM Portal was very useful for keeping track of everything. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend Harvey Baker Solicitors!

Great experience using Harvey Baker as first time buyers. Very efficient and professional. Always quick to respond and keep your situation in their best interests. Would highly recommend.

Our experience with this company has been good. Largely, they have been clear and responsive most of the time. We have been able to get prompt responses to queries, and despite our buyer creating difficulties, we felt satisfied that the process went through well. They could improve in offering advice on specific topics like stamp duty.

Would recommend - Luke was great

Great experience with Harvey Baker Solicitors in buying our first home, they were informative, friendly, and helpful at each stage of the process. They were understanding and answered every question we had. Corey Hayward was our case contact and he was fantastic! We loved the app and how it showed the progress at each stage of the case which was useful for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys have been amazing throughout. Constant communication, quick replies and professional throughout. Would recommend and use again!

Excellent professional service. Friendly and very easy to talk to staff. Would very highly recommend.

Corey responded to every email/message within hours. He was diligent chasing the other side solicitors. He was covered by a colleague when he was on leave, who was equally diligent & responsive. The portal is brilliant. It was easy to see progress. I would 100% recommend this service and Corey to anyone else. Thank you for making my house buying process as smooth as you did.

Great communication, fast and reliable, LegalCM app is a game changer, all documents and communication there and you can keep track of your case progress easily. Thank you Harvey Baker, special thanks to Corey who handled my case with utmost professionalism.

Used HBS now a few times and each time the sale has gone through smoothly and with no major problems. Easy to contact easy to speak to and always helpful, putting you the client first.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Helen and her team to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property anywhere in the UK.

Excellent experience dealing with Carla & Tom when buying our first home. Highly recommend

Excellent communication through the app. Helen was helpful and thorough with enquiries.

Disappointed with the service,
Communication was not the best and attention to detail also disappointing.
Even though we finally got the completion done it had taken far too long and could have been sorted way earlier! with even us the client pointing out issues very early on certain sections they just had a very stubborn attitude and later on realising what I had said was going to be an issue. With obviously no apology!
I think the biggest issue was that they appointed a trainee to over see our case, which obviously proved to be a bigger job than he had done before and created a lot of frustration in the way he went about his work.

All in all I'm afraid we had a bad experience but I do hope in the future they will learn from this and improve so other people don't have the same experience we did.
