Hartlepool Draining
This company can improve by employing staff who know what they're doing. I attended an HSE test which at the end involved my picture being taken to be passed on to CSCS who would then issue my card. The picture Hartlepool Training took was not even close to the specifications demanded by CSCS so I had to supply my own photo at my expense £12+. Also considering what Hartlepool Training charge (the HSE test is £21.50 and they charge £69 inc VAT) I would have thought they might try harder to get things right. I was not impressed.

The Pearson Vue system used to deliver the CITB HSE Test prompts our Test Administrator to take the candidate's photograph before being admitted and would usually request the photograph be taken again should the photo taken not meet the requirements e.g. photo not clear or too close so it would be useful for us to know exactly what the issue was here so we can prevent this issue reoccurring.
We try to be as competitive and affordable as possible with our pricing however, our price structure takes into account a number of factors including the cost mentioned charged by CITB to deliver the test as well as other costs associated with facilities and staff.

A Great Company to Work With
We have used Hartlepool Training for a few years now for NVQ's. They are very professional and get the work done promptly. They are easy to talk to and any complaints or problems are addressed asap. I have enjoyed working with them

Professional Training Provider
We have used Hartlepool Training for several years and find them to be a very professional training provider. They have delivered several lifting and rigging courses which are thorough and comprehensive. Starting with safety and safe systems through to practice with live equipment.
