Unhelpful staff. Your products are good and I've known…
Your products are good and I've known about your store in Galway for a long time.
My score is based on my recent visit. The staff x 3 ( 1 supervisor/manager, and floor staff). At different times and two at the end were very unhelpful. They offered no help in finding what I want, so I walked around and couldn't find it. They were quick to say not in stock without checking when I found some railings.
The final straw, when I paid, and I was clearly struggling to carry curtain railings x4 with two big bags and they pushed my stuff aside , offered no help even though they weren't attending to any customer and had arms folded.
Furthermore, the store assistants was cheeky to say something sarcastically to me after I made few trips to my car and back without any help.

The mattress topper i purchased was…
The mattress topper i purchased was advertised as 100mm in thickness. At most it's 60mm in thickness and gives very little extra comfort on a medium hard foam mattress .If I knew this I wouldn't have purchased it. The duvet I purchased is ok for the price I paid.

Still no order...when I messaged them they told me they were out of stock, coming straight from warehouse....still nothing, why sell them to me and take my money if Out Of Stock,

100% satisfaction
It was easy to order and was dispatched promptly. The item I ordered wasn’t suitable and I was able to go into my local store and get a refund in minutes. Their customer service is second to none which is why I will continue to shop with Harry Corry.
